Lovely little stay right by the sea - perfect location half way between Anda and Jagna. There is very little in terms of cafe/restaurant within a 10min drive, but the food offered at the resort was delicious. They made special accommodations to me being vegetarian which I really appreciated :) you can also dive/snorkel straight from the property, although we unfortunately didn’t do this due to stormy weather. Bike hire is easy, and the bus to/from Jagna runs right along the road so arriving from Panglao then heading to the port was effortless :)

The room is very basic but this was advertised and also reflected in the price. Also just fyi there is no wifi, again no complaints as signal was good so we could use data and it isn’t advertised, we just wrongly assumed!

Unfortunately the pillows were both very lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed sheet didn’t fit the mattress so would wake up on the bare mattress and have to try and refit the bedsheet throughout the night. Room needs a mini refurbishment and I would have been happy to pay more for a better standard room. The two towels I had were threadbare and past their best. Everything else was excellent,really wanted to give 10/10.

There are a lot of things that we like in Bohol Lahoy. Let me list it down: 1. Ma'am Leah and staff were very welcoming and accommodating 2. Pet friendly so you can bring your own pets. You can play with other dogs that they've adopted. For us, we've met Bradley, Princess and 2 other dog's 3. Affordable and comfortable stay. City lights, sunrise and sunset were all priceless. Garden is spacious that you can play or put up a tent at night. 4. Ma'am Leah was extra generous, she just let us borrow her snorkeling equipment for free. And guess what we're 4. - They have variety activities that you can try, just inquire with the staff to know more. 5. And lastly, I like that the place is so quite, so refreshing of course because of the view. It's really an ideal place for you to spend the weekend to rest and unwind. You can also work ther remotely since they have an available strong wifi all over the place. For the rooms: Our twin room is good for 3 which is large. I like that it's a nipa hut even though there's no aircon it's still cool at night. We have an electric fan. We also rented double room good for 2 which is Aircon room. I think they can improve more when it comes to the design of the rooms because base on experience checking in with various hotels, it can add good impression too. Also, if they can have board games so guest can play. Also, I suggest they add more food choices since they offer only few. Food prices were unexpectedly higher than what I expected. Though they are delicious

We like all of it. Princess Leah is a cool owner who makes all things possible to make the guests comfortable. Despite single handedly running the resort, with the help of the lovely ladies, Cel & Marjorie, the resort is perfectly run. Like 3 girls just having fun. We like the laid back attitude. You can go to the market, but your own food and Cel will be happy to cook it for you. Such a friendly-family atmosphere. Sending our thanks to Princess Leah, Cel & Marjorie. Great staff that makes you feel at home. I cycled to the property and arrived at night time soaking wet under torrential rain. They immediately brewed coffee and gave me a towel without me asking for it. These small details make a huge difference. The team is friendly and helpful. There is an open-air lounge which is cool to hang out in the evening, get good internet reception and talk to other guests. I had the best breakfast in my whole 3-week stay in Philippines! Overall a very nice place to stay.

The facilities are still being repaired from the previous Typhoon but this is not their fault. I was actually happy that my stay contributed to generate revenue for the renovation and repair work. The location is good for diving but a bit out of the way for Bohol’s main touristic sights.

Very sweet staff. Arrived on my motorbike while it was raining heavily. I was welcomed in a very cozy way, provided with tea and even invited to the ongoing Christmas party. I was to tired to join but was given the option to take some of the buffet to my room. I really appreciated that after the long ride. Slept like a baby and got to relax in the beautiful garden the next day. Thank you

It was awesome from the first day to the last day, I had an amazing time staying here. Very relaxing. The staff were very happy, friendly, helpful, and attentive to my experience here in Bohol. Really nice Garden to relax! The staff is superfriendly and welcoming. You can go snorkeling and Diving directly at the Resort. We had a beautiful Dive there and saw some turtles and nudibranches! There is not much around, so you need a motorbike, but you can rent it there, so it is fine.

The walls are quiet thin, so we could listen to the conversations of our neighbours.

A great place run by smiling and friendly staff right on the water, away from the tourist crowd. Incredible good value if you do not fancy luxury but quietness, peacefulness and stunning view from morning to sunset. Accomodations with an individual terrace are set in a nice garden. No beach but a staircase access to the sea allows you to swim and snorkel on the coral reef just 50 meters away. There is an onsite restaurant and you can also enjoy great local food in one of the few eateries in the village 1km away. If you don't have a scooter, you can rent one onsite. It can be a strategic place to visit waterfalls around, Anda, terrace paddy fields... Thanks for the papaya :-) I hope I'll be back... DuDu
