Great location in Bargara, easy walk to playgrounds/cafes/restaurants. Very spacious apartment and well equipped. Jacuzzi & nice looking pool (too cold for us to swim in due to time of year) plus basic gym equipment & tennis court.

Bed mattresses were too soft/saggy for our liking and though comfortable parts of the apartment (like the bathroom) look a bit dated/in need of maintenance (peeling & sagging plaster over shower), and a couple lights didn't work (probably just need a change of light bulb).

The location and quality of the accommodation at Bargara was superb! My wife and I wish to make special mention of Debbie and Ray who were outstanding in greeting us and ensuring that our accommodation was very well organised for us. We were very impressed with the grounds maintenance and very high standard of cleaning and maintenance of the resort.

Our suggestion is that an explicit statement is made more visible by Bookings.com that the back tower does not have a lift and requires walkup using external stairs. However, we were accommodated in the main building which has a lift, so this did not present any issues for us, but it could be a potential or actual concern fro accessibility and mobility issues.

On departure morning 6 September the elevator could not be accessed from our level 2. Unit 202 Owner advised the lift could rise to 2 but down key not functioning. Owner gave me mobile number to ring when we were ready to leave but when I rang it went to voice mail twice. Both of us use walking sticks We then took our luggage down the stairs to level 1 but could not access lift. When deciding to walk down fire stairs to ground level the fire stairs were locked. I am not critical of the lift malfunction but bring to your attention that in a fire event evacuation guests cannot vacate the building at level 1, a real hazard

Location was perfect, it was right along the water and had beautiful views. Also was just a stroll to restaurants. Loved everything about the apartment we stayed in. It was spotless! Also had everything you think you may have needed in a room, from ironing board and iron, cleaning supplies (dustpan, broom etc), spa bath, towels and blankets and endless tea coffee and even a little milk. Really loved our stay and the staff and friendly. This will be our go to accommodation next time we are back and recommend to anyone else.

We came here to get away from our cold winter. The view of ocean was awesome, even spotted whales from the balcony. All furnishings were very comfortable. Unit was very roomy with everything you could want. The upstairs area was great with a clothes line and provided great uninterrupted views out to sea.

The car parks are quite small, not very wide. Luckily our 3 bed apartment had 2 parks side by side so we were able to park across both.

Beautiful views. Easy 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Apartment was spotless, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 large bathrooms 1 with large spa bath, spacious deck for indoor outdoor living. Everything we needed right at hand.Washing machine and dryer in apartment Great security features. Staff were lovely Will definitely be booking here again

The water pressure was a little low but still had nice warm shower The lift was broken which was more problematic as we were on the 5th floor however, we were informed about it before arriving and on arrival and the staff were really friendly and apologetic about it. They had had several people out to look at it and were doing all they could so it didn’t affect our stay.

The Manta offers a great location close to cafes and restaurants that suited our group booking and provided the amenities we needed. The apartments are spacious and well appointed with everything that you will need for your stay.

Whilst we appreciated the free car parking on site, some of the car spaces are not really suited for larger vehicles.

The location is amazing and the room was great for a couple to spend time together. The spa is huge and comfortably could fit 2 people. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. The view from the front patio was excellent.

The parking was a little tight to get into the designated park against the wall. The parking spot size was good, but not much room in the Carpark for turning around/ manouvering into the space.

This apartment is truly exceptional, boasting a spacious layout, perfect location, and breathtaking ocean views from every room. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are generously proportioned, with the added luxury of a spa in the ensuite. Its proximity to the pub and restaurant is an added bonus. I highly recommend it.
