It is walking distance from Airport, Kuta Mall. Best place to stay if you just arrive or plan to leave. Hotel staff was friendly including the cat and dogs. they provide coffee, tea and water bottles daily which is rare in other hotels in bali. Room is spacious, hot water is available.

Wifi can be incosistent here sometimes.

Lovely little guesthouse. It was perfect to start off my solo travelling trip in Bali. The staff were outstanding, couldn’t have done enough for me and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The guest house is about 10 mins away from Kuta beach by moped. I liked that it was away from the craziness of Kuta (especially at night), but still very close to the beach and restaurants.

can be a little noisy at night with mopeds on the road… but thats typical across Bali anyway unless you’re on the islands.

No sink in the room so after you use the toilet you either need to wash your hands in the shower or exit the room to a sink shared with multiple people. super strange??

Wifi was unexpectedly amazing! It is very homey and the room is quite spacious. The bathroom alone is very spacious!

no power socket near bed, sink is outside the bathroom so it can be a little messy when you wash face, hands, etc. since this is not a hotel, i expected a galon to refill water, but they dont have.. they only serve water in 2 single-use plastic bottles.

Good position close to the airport 20 min by walk. Also chaeap with taxi. Kettle in the room with tea coffe. Someone was at the reception at 11pm.

For the price all good. Maybe The stained sheets could be changed!

Clean, small room with all necessary staff. Nice hotel, freshly personal and good location. Staff changed water every day, cleaning upon request, kettle in room. There are places to work and eat outside.

Maybe room is not so big.

Bed was good and room is spacious. Water, coffee and tea was available in the room (as well as a water cooker).

Bathroom wasn't that great. Rather basic shower and without a sink. There was a ventilation part above the door which makes the room rather humid after a shower. Location is practical if you need to be close to the airport, but it isn't located in a very cosy neighbourhood within Kuta. You'll need a taxi to get to the spots where you can find good restaurants.

Modern, clean, comfortable and close to the airport.

Everything was great, the only down side was that it’s a bit noisy at night because of dogs and traffic passing but it was not a problem for us because we wanted to stay close to the airport. Maybe just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Staffs are friendly, rooms clean and the price is ok.

Doors key 🗝️ is some times stuck couldn't lock and unlock, but still working fine if we do it properly.

Urgent last minute booking as my daughter was unwell. They were very accomodating. Roons are clean and decent size. Pricing is very genuine.
