The room and pool were very nice. Gym was ok. We liked having laundry facilities in the apartment.

Breakfast was terrible. Both our meals were inedible. I pointed to order the food and the waiter got the meal wrong for my friend. When her eggs Benedict came out the eggs were not cooked at all. My French toast had been covered in sugar that I scraped off but parts of the toast were soggy/undercooked. The waiter did not speak any English - which is fine but I can speak some Spanish and he wouldn’t listen to me and just spoke over me. Also the WiFi was out. They did apologize for that.

Airport shuttle is extreme expensive an Uber is more than 70% cheaper Misleading Booking.com advertisement because at the start a booking was shown with free breakfast for a room 3 months later. Because of this we were under the impression that breakfast was included for our room as well which was not the case.

The bed was amazing, and the hot tub and pool were great. The staff were helpful for me in the morning because I was taking a shuttle, and I had lost my voice from karaoke. I was worried people would be uncomfortable on the shuttle thinking I was sick, so I asked if there was by chance a medical face mask around that I could have and they were able to help me. I was so grateful.

Some dish soap and a sponge would be nice in the kitchen to wash and reuse dishes. I had to leave my dirty dishes in the sink when I left.

We loved everything, the shuttle service was fast, and every staff member from the beginning of our trip to the end was kind, caring, professional, and friendly. I traveled with my six month old daughter, and our cousin and I never once felt unsafe or overwhelmed. They gave us great options where to eat and accommodate us with early checkin. Our flight landed early, and I notified them after customs. The shuttle was available immediately. We were picked up 10 minutes from the time of notification. Try the omelet with mushrooms for breakfast, pancakes, and hot chocolate. Airport shuttle, extras on breakfast are for a very, very small fee. It's completely worth it. I can't wait to go back. The pool is as beautiful as the pictures. We only went in once due to weather. Safe neighborhood and 15 from the airport. House keeping staff friendly and kept the place very clean. When you walk into the lobby, the smell catches you how beautiful it smells. I want to know what that fragrance is.. they hosted several different meetings, and it was quiet our entire stay. I can go on and on about this hotel and it would only be more great comments. My cousin loved the hotel as well. It was her birthday trip and I made the accommodations. If you have questions you can ask them and get a quick answer before your stay.

The hotel itself is great. Pretty new, with all you can expect (swimming pool, gym,l, restaurant...) The room we had was an actual suite with a pretty large listing room area. Super nice!

I would not say I did not like the location but this is in a very residential neighborhood so quiet and safe but not much to do in a walking distance... The other thing is that the property was partly being redone so a lot of work going on in the loby level. No noise just visually not great but it shows the property is keeping facilities up to date so I don't mind that.

I booked this hotel for my mother's birthday. They had a wonderful stay. The rooms were notably spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. They especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of the cake. It was a perfect choice for their special celebration

Dirty plates were left on a table by the 2nd floor elevator for their entire stay (over 24 hours), creating an unpleasant smell in the hallway.

WOW. Such an incredible hotel. We stayed here for the last night of an eight day trip, and after getting horribly sick in Tikal this hotel was exactly what I needed. Huge room, A/C, strong WiFi, amazing restaurant, lovely staff. Everything was great and affordable. If I were ever to have an extended stay in Guatemela City I wouldn't even look at other places, I would just stay here.

Nothing. The pool wasn't open during the week that we stayed, but we didn't plan on using it anyway, since we were only there for one night. I truly can't think of anything we didn't love about this hotel.

We needed a place near the airport just to help the kids catch a few hours of sleep and be able to swim. The property is beautiful. The staff was so kind helping us get towels for the pool and there were many beautiful spots to sit around the pool. The parking was convenient but you do have to validate it at the desk and then the machine each time you leave so be aware of that. The property is very secure with a key card that takes you directly to only your floor when you scan it on the elevator. The water pressure is amazing. The beds comfortable with the best pillows we have had in the whole country (each bed had a firm and a soft to pick from) and even in the heart of the city was quiet. I only noticed one airplane go by and wasn't very loud even though we could see the runway from the balcony. Plenty of walking space nearby and lots of stores within a mile. There was a coffee machine and bottled waters for each of us. At check in they told us it was 2 king beds but the property was actually 2 twins and 1 king in a 2 bedroom flat with 3 bathrooms. It even has a small laundry room. We used the dryer (to get our suits drynto pakc) but not the washing machine

If I was to be very picky, I would have loved the hot tub to be hot. But that's rare in many countries. The property has a kitchen to use but there are no pots pans dishes or utensils. You'd need to bring anything you use if you want to cook.

The suite was quite spacious with a nice living room. Good beds. Everything was really clean. Fast check-in and check out procedures. Close to the airport but still very quiet at night.

The restaurant was already closed when we arrived shortly before 9 p.m. We even had to hurry to order food from room service as this was closing as well. The food we ordered was also quite expensive. The airport transfer is also too expensive - so we ordered an Uber.

The pool area is gorgeous and quiet pleasant in the afternoon sun! The apartment was enormous! It was great having our own spaces to relax separately and together. The air conditioning units were easy to operate and cooled each space quickly. Dinner was delicious! Not only did I enjoy it, but so did my kids!

The pool and sunken "hot tub" aren't heated. They're very cool when not directly in the sun.
