Nice and calm hotel with an atmosphere from the past, stylish decor and good thermal water pool. Nice view from the windows, good clean rooms. Very good breakfast in a nice space of the building.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi jets in the thermal water pool were not working. I asked several times during my staying for possibility of fixing it, but not success. The rooms are for not smoking, but the smoking place is located just under some rooms’ windows, so you can smell smoke going directly into the room. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The trip was perfect thanks to the night we spent in this hotel. The staff is incredibly nice! We really got everything we needed. The evening meal was excellent as well as the breakfast. The spaces around the hotel are also very pleasant (the deckchairs, the swimming pool, the small living room, and especially the restaurant area which offers a very beautiful view).

The staff is phenomenal!! Elena truly changed our stay experience from very normal to great! She was always there for anything that we needed and had a solution for any little problem that we had! It's not a very new building but for my needs it was good enough.

The AC in the room was not cooling enough no matter how much I lowered the temperature settings.

The hotel is located in a typical small town, the view is beautiful. The place was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was traditional Italian. We had a very delicious Easter lunch. The people were very caring.

We have stayed numerous times, love the location high above Bagni diLucca and stunning views among the trees . The therapeutic swimming pool is wonderful.

The Spa, located on the same site, where the steam grotto and other treatments were available, sadly has not opened since Covid. I do hope it can reopen as it was ideal to stay at the hotel and avail of the spa.

This is a property on a hillside outside just outside Bagni di Lucca. It has an indoor swimming pool and spa facilities. Walking into the town of Bagni di Lucca is certainly a possibility for relatively fit people but walking back is all uphill. Our room had a large balcony but with no real view as it was at the rear of the hotel. Breakfast was 'Italian' cake and bread, which some may find not to their taste. The restaurant does serve good evening meals. Parking available free at the hotel. Helpful staff.

We thought that the overall price of room with breakfast was expensive. Breakfast was limited to 'bread/cake' which may not appeal to everyone. Access to the town from the hotel and return would be difficult to walk for those not fit.

Unfortunately the shower wasn’t clean, the host was genuinely sorry about it and apologised for the inconvenient. They said they would’ve reduced the fare but couldn’t do it since we booked via booling.com. Overall very kind staff, and quite place for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is beautifully set and is part of what was once an elegant spa town which is now sadly faded. The staff were absolutely excellent.

The hotel has a pool but few other facilities. It is a longish walk into the town which only has a few restaurants, though one of these was excellent.

Traditional family run hotel, thermal pool, clean rooms with air conditioning. Good breakfast, evening meal in the restaurant was great value.
