Beautifully built, fantastic inside and out, lovely breakfast, but sometimes it’s not about what you see, it’s about how you feel, from a delightful couple who make you feel welcome , explain the use of the fixtures and fittings, from the blinds to the lighting. We enjoyed it so much, it’s not a hotel, it’s not a guest house, it’s more like a home.

Our eyes don’t seek blemishes, they appreciate the good things in life, there’s nothing to not like, but lots to enjoy.

Lovely boutique hotel. Quiet, modern, and well-decorated. The hosts Americo and Yasmine are welcoming and hospitable. A very relaxing staying experience.

The hotel is gated, making it less convenient to go in and out as well as ordering deliveries. Accessible by car only.

Amercio and Jasmine were super hosts. Very friendly, generous with their time and information. Also because I stayed for 9 nights Americo upgraded me to a Superior room, free of charge. Bless him, he was excellent and a gentleman. Great conversations, helped with restaurant suggestions, booked a restaurant for me and more. What more can you ask? I'll definitely be back :)

Very welcoming Bed & Breakfast, Americo and Yasmin were extremely helpful and nice. You feel immediately at home. Beds are very comfortable. Easy to park, very quiet place. There is a little terrasse for when the weather is nice. Breakfast is excellent.

Maybe that you have a key for the entrance, so you do not feel that you have to wake up your hosts if you come back late. Nevertheless, I am sure the hosts wouldn't mind, but it would just feel like more autonomy.

So peaceful and quiet that we slept in. Americo (the owner/host) was super accommodative and friendly, he even purchased a special breakfast drink for my wife. Terrific, peaceful accommodation after a long day of travel.

Hosts were excellent - couldn't do enough for you, very genial and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Very quiet and tranquil with area with good public transport links into the city. Comfy bed eith nice pillows and good facilities.

The hosts are very friendly and service minded. We were facilitated with an early breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is in safe environment.

The hotel is morden and clean. Every part of the room is clean. The host couple are very nice. The breakfast are so good. They have home made yourt and good confiture.

What a lovely Hotel, Americo was the perfect host. Best nights sleep in an amazingly comfortable bed. Very clean and inviting. Whole stay was perfect and would definitely 100% recommend.

This boutique hotel was in a great location for the Decathlon Arena Immaculate throughout. Lovely breakfast served by the owners.
