The standard rooms are small. It was fine for me being just one person, but too small for friends who were a couple. Difficult to get around the bed to the far side as it is so close to the wall and no bedside table / shelf on far side of bed. Bathroom compact but perfectly functional. Hotel is new or recently refurbished and is very clean. Just a few minutes walk from the station. Just a short walk to city centre. Very convenient with parking onsite.

Difficulty finding entrance to hotel when driving. We went around the block twice as there is no signage on road to indicate where it is! For anyone driving in the future - the street is one way, so stay on the left hand side. You will see Ibis Parking entrance on the right hand side of the road and shortly after, on left hand side is an AXA office and then immediately an archway with a large dark red open gate. Hotel is in here. The actual street itself is pretty run down but hotel is off the road in a quiet interior area and very well maintained. Also note - there is no lift in the hotel. We were on the first floor but it was no problem for us.

The room was very comfortable The staff was very friendly Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of different choices, and not too pricey Close to the beautiful city centre Not far from a place with good restaurants (5-10 minute walk)

the drain in the shower didn't work properly and the shower was quickly overflooded. Even if you put the shower plug away, the water kept rising. - the lights in the bathroom turn on because of a sensor, which means that if someone goes there in the middle of the night, the other person wakes up from the light. Also, it takes a time for the lights to dim, which is not very comfortable at night - the matress and the cushion were a tad too hard - the walls are a bit thin, you can hear your neighbours in the morning, but that is easy to solve with ear plugs.

Great location, a short walk from tourist attractions, parks, restaurants etc. There were a few negatives, which I will list below, but overall it is a nice hotel. Rooms are small but clean, inoffensively decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet style continental breakfast was very good. Free, secure parking to the rear of the hotel. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

No lift, only a spiral staircase, so maybe request a ground floor room if required. Rooms are quite small. Windows open fully and so not the safest for families with young children. Bathroom light didn't have a switch, only a movement sensor, and tended to go off while we were having a shower. No kettle in the room, nor the option to request one - but maybe this is just a British thing?

This should be rated with more than 2 stars. I have been in hotels with 3 stars that were worse than this. The room I was staying in was big, clean, and fully equipped (TV, blind installed properly to make sure there is no light coming in the morning, heating system and Air conditioning). Normal size bathroom. Their breakfast is buffet continental with high-quality food. Finally, it is very close to the train station. Maximum 5 minutes walking and you are there.

Noise isolation was not the best. I was able to hear when the doors of other rooms were getting closed (due to the heavy and secure door each room has). Also, it is located next to a church, so you can hear the bell in the morning. The pillow was also a bit hard. Another con is that you have to pay to park the car (but this occurs in most of the places I have stayed in).

We loved all the upgrades this hotel made in recent times. The breakfast place is spacious, open, and comfortable. The outside parking has 6 (!) dedicated EV chargers, of which 4 are super fast CCS ones, and 2 regular Type 2 (which we used). And the staff was truly marvelous, very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Finally, we liked the location, close to the city center, though the station neighborhood definitely isn't Nancy's finest.

Going forward, the hotel may want to ensure the EV spots are only taken by EV cars. Now, by the time it was night, 4 of the 6 EV spots were taken by regular cars. It didn't affect us, as we had a spot. But we would not have liked to arrive at 10PM, hoping to charge, to be confronted with thermic cars occupying the spot, blocking access to our charger. The other minus point is that the rooms are very small. We booked superior ones, and even then it was rather tight.

The room was very large, comfortable and quiet. There was comfortable seating with a small table and an additional desk area. The window coverings and room privacy were great, especially for a room on the ground floor. The location was an easy walk to the train station and some nice restaurants.

Small thing - the shower was a roll-in type that is typical in accessible rooms. It would have been helpful to have a squeegee mop to tidy up the floor after use.

The location is superb, easy to find in the very center of Nancy. The parking inside the premises (with a fee) is absolutely a plus (there are two private parking, on the ground and underground and we used the ground parking). The room (suite) was good in dimension, with chairs, desk and little coffee table, simple but very nice and relaxing and clean. Very comfortable mattress, not too soft. Recommended

everything was just right

Great location. Close to the city centre , walkable to Stanislas square. Breakfast was good and lot of parking spots available (including an indoor garage), with sufficient spots for charging electric vehicles. Good price on the room. Large bathroom and the room had a nice blind to keep it dark away from the bright late evening sun.

Very clean hotel close enough to walk around to Nancy city centre. The parking on-site was another good feature.

We were on the top floor and the ceiling above the bed and in the bathroom was difficult to navigate. Worst though was the motion sensor light in the bathroom which went off when a person was in the shower - this is actually a health hazard and should be looked into.

It's a small hotel in easy walking distance to the city center with its own private car parking lot incl. a few EV charging stations. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet location because it's a bit set back from the main road into the "second row".

Standard breakfast options were ok, albeit a bit too simple for a vegan diet. (We did not ask the staff for extra vegan food options. And no one left the breakfast table hungry :-)
