Recently stayed at Wyndham Acmar Hotel Klang, and while the property itself is elegant and well-appointed, the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service delivered by Mr. Ammar Shahril, Senior Guest Services Manager. From the moment I arrived, Ammar went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, personalized, and truly unforgettable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality reflect the gold standard of luxury guest experience. What impressed me most was his proactive mindset — anticipating needs before they were even voiced. Whether it was managing special requests, coordinating logistics, or offering thoughtful local insights, Ammar consistently demonstrated the qualities of a world-class hospitality leader. Room was good sized and clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom well designed - especially liked the non-slip flooring. Toiletries provided were well thought out (although the nail file that was provided needs to be replaced with a new one) - liked and enjoyed the fragrance of the shower gel and lotion. The Klang Executive Club and Aeon is a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Centro and the Hokkien Association building is a 7 minute drive away.

No 3 pin plug at the bed side table to charge phone - had to use a USB charger. Do consider removing the glass shelve directly above shelf where the coffee/tea making facilities are placed - we knocked our heads a couple of times when making coffee.

The hotel ambience well really good, really give a luxurious vibe and it smells soooo nice and calming. the staff are really fast and friendly and quickly helped us with bags immediately. the rooms is so spacious and really up to my expectations. adding on the breakfast was the best thing i ever did, there are so much choices, from nasi lemak, mihun tomyam, congees, rotis, baked potatoes to scrumptious bread pudding and the spread of pastries *cheff kiss*. the kids enjoy the kids club and the pool. the pool is separated to 3 level and the wadding pool is shallow enough to let the kids have their time of their life there . might come again soon .

Lovely clean swimming pool and gym. Large rooms although bathroom doesn’t have a bath. Friendly staff although some seemed a little unsure.’

Dust on all non obvious surfaces. Although new needs a little care to ensure it doesn’t become tired for example bathroom wall surfaces falls off with weight of shampoo holders. Had old bottles of water left in my room from last person so a little housekeeping checks would be useful. Breakfast range good but service a little short of five star (suggest a visit to Hilton KL for examples of service).

Extremely nice room...well apointed...great amenities...and oustanding Housekeeping. The room and bathroom were very well cleaned. The bathroom was excellent. Nice coffee shop...good menu choices....wud recommend Dim Sum at the Chinese Restaurant. Great parking and nice pool area. Both Front office and Housekeeping Staff were excellent. Very well trained...excellent communication skills and good product knowledge.

Nothing negative during our short visit.

I like the design of the Hotel, especially Ground floor, the design of the Bar, during day time, I happen to have a few friends with me there. I also like the look of the building. The front line staff is ok and security seems always on the look out, which makes me feel safe.

I came 5 or 6 times in the past 2 months. About 2 or 3 days stay each time. The past few was really good, but the last one time, was a bit of slack in cleanliness. I stayed at 0513, on 18th Feb 2025 to 20th.

Room was corner unit overlooking Klang city and was lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was with good water pressure. Toilet was clean and orderly. Room was quiet and located away from the alleyway. Bed was comfortable and I slept like a log.

Room lighting was inadequate. Air conditioning was noisy; you could hear the fan blowing. Shower head fell off when I was using it and nearly missed my head - so instead I use the ceiling deluge thing. Breakfast was crowded and I did not like the way the tables and seats are arranged - difficult to move in and out. Food was OK and the spread was great - but can be a bit boring after staying there long.

The room was spacious ,clean and comfortable . Definitely will come again.

Initially, the management allowed me to check out at 1:30, but suddenly called to ask me to check out at 12:30. It was a bit inconvenient since I was out of the hotel for work. The lighting was a bit too dim for working. Additionally, the room service could use some improvement, as it’s inconvenient to pay for food each time instead of being able to charge it to the room.

Really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Acmar Klang! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. The pool and gym facilities looked great, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use them. The location is a bit quiet, so having a car or using Grab is helpful. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant stay – would definitely return! Our room number is 1317.
