The staff was amazing! Every person greeted us and talked to us about our stay/general conversation. They were helpful by giving us restaurant recommendations, extra towels as needed, and giving insight into the incoming bad weather. The ladies at the front desk were extremely personable. They had someone in the lobby offering root beer floats which was a fun touch.

We had issues with the elevator. It dropped and got stuck for roughly a minute. We had no other issues with the elevator other than this. The water in our room was extremely cold. It seemed like we weren’t getting any hot water for showers.

Staff was very friendly! Room was clean.

Although the room was clean, there was an odor. Not unbearable but noticeable.

Location - easy access off and onto interstate. Lobby and downstairs was very nice and all the staff were friendly and professional. Having a small on site Restaurant and Bar was a plus as when you have been driving all day, not having to go back out is definitely welcome as you get the opportunity to have a pleasant and relaxing evening and enjoy the view of the beach, which is located directly across the street.

The guest rooms need to be updated along with the housekeeping staff could use a refresher course. The rooms were not dirty but not up to Marriott standards. However, hotels like all other hospitality type businesses are still suffering from employee shortages.

The bartender on Sunday night was amazing! Can't remember her name, but she was fantastic . The pool was accessible until 10 p.m., which I thoroughly enjoyed. All staff followed the 15,10,5,ft rule when approaching a guest. It was a nice stay. We will definitely be back because of this hospitality. Laundry facilities were a nice touch as well.

Wish we had a better view of the beach.

It was a prime location. Most everything we needed was close by. The staff was really helpful and nice.

The room was eh, the tv could have more channels, there was a humming in the bathroom 24-7 no matter what, the whole hotel was hot inside. It wasn't bad for the price.

Was involved in an accident in Alabama at10:36 PM . it delayed my arrival time. By the time we got there, I had been charged 222.00 cancelation fee. I showed the manager the paperwork from police. She did give me a refund but it has yet to show up in my account. its been 4 days

The view was wonderful. Plenty of parking. Right next door to The Chimneys, our dining place. Our church meeting was right down the street.

Rooms were little outdated with no plug ins for charging cords without a connection. Furniture was scuffed and chipped.

The location was perfect for the different places we visited. It was easy to get to and no hassels.

The parking situation was a little tough because there is very little parking.

my room and staff were very professional, I arrived after the check-in and they were expecting me not because of the reservation but because of the kindness of the service provided for my room and arrival time. I enjoyed my stay

nothing it was great if I had warmer weather it would have helped. lol my stay was excellent i was warmed and welcoming was excellent
