Cute seasonal decore and a handsome craftsman styled hotel. Our King room was spacious with a comfy sitting area. The bathroom had a long counter for all our toiletries. A night light in the bathroom also was helpful. The breakfast offerings were tasty- waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage along with the usual good breakfast offerings. The breakfast staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel has easy access off Highway 20 with lots of free parking. Convenient for our visits to the Metolius trail, Clear Lake, Sahalie Falls and Tamolitch hiking.

No elevator but not a problem for us.

The hotel location is convenient, and far enough from the main highway to be quiet. I appreciated that the window could be opened to let in fresh air. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a reasonably comfortable bed

Towels were clean, but a little ratty and not absorbent. Breakfast had most of the typical offerings, but some of the "hot" items were tepid, and there was no microwave in the breakfast room. There is no elevator so second floor rooms are only accessible via stairs.

The facilities were great and the location was too. A supermarket and convenient store are located within walking distance. The breakfast was free and good.

The staff is dry and lacks energy. However, the woman responsible for the breakfast was great. She always greeted us with a warm welcome and was genuine. There was no elevator, and the pool and jacuzzi are over chlorinated to the point of nausea and eye burning. There is no fitness/weight room.

The kids enjoy the pool and hot tub, the rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the breakfast is better than most. Great location for heading up to Hoodoo Ski Area! We took advantage of the $55 Hoodoo ski lift ticket vouchers available at the front desk. The hotel is also close to a grocery store, restaurants, and gas station. Very convenient.

The pool could have been a bit warmer. :)

Very comfortable, spacious, and clean room (we had a double queen). Bedding was soft and clean. The common areas had nice fall decor to liven them up, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but had a waffle maker, hot scrambled eggs, bacon, packaged cold hard boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals, toasts, bagels, a variety of fruit, juice, coffee, etc. We liked there was a variety of both protein and non-protein options, sweet and savory, along with healthy options to choose from. Staff at the front desk and at breakfast room were very nice and greeted us each time they saw us.

There wasn't an elevator (2-story facility) which wasn't a problem for us but just something to note if you have limited mobility or heavy luggage. Location is at one end of town rather than central, but Sisters is a very small town so it's just a 3 minute drive or easy, flat walk if the weather is good.

Everything was excellent except for one big problem. There are no hand rails in the bath tub. I am not handicapped but that was a problem. I was really afraid that I would fall. Anyone would be. I have never been in a hotel as great as this one that did not have these important things. That is the reason I will not stay here next time unless this is rectified. I would imagine the hotel would be worried about the legal situation if someone gets hurt in the tub. It is too bad because Inreally loved the hotel. Everything else about it was wonderful.

This is a moderately priced hotel in a resort town. We went there in the late winter, when rates are probably at their lowest. The hotel itself was very good; top to bottom. The check-in was quick and easy, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was very good; better quality than most continental breakfasts that I've had. The selection changed somewhat from day 1 to day 2.

Clean. Well kept. Staff was welcoming and friendly and kind. We were allowed to have our local grandchildren join us for breakfast in the morning and they were welcomed with open arms. Breakfast was really good, well stocked, and everything was very clean.

I thought the bed was slightly too firm, but that's just a preference.

I loved the comfortability and cleanliness of the room at the hotel.

I remember paying for the hotel through booking.com, but when we arrived they required me to pay and said it hadn’t gone through yet. Trying to figure out if I’ll receive that balance back.

New facility in great location, close to Sisters and the main road, but still quiet and inviting. It is run by local owners, and the staff are very approachable and professional. The breakfast area is very nice with the usual fare, but very adequate. It doesn't come across as a chain hotel with no sense of ownership.
