For our family with 2 children aged 3 and 5 years, the accommodation in this aparthotel exceeded our expectations. The apartments are spacious, well equipped, clean and regularly cleaned, our apartment included a large terrace. There are plenty of activities for children within the complex - Spash Park paddling pool, small pool, animation programs, playground. Adults have large swimming pools, evening bar, fitness, spa. There is a wonderful marina called Mala Venice, 15 min walk from the accommodation. Within a 20 min drive are the beautiful beaches of Playa Anfi del Mar and Playa de Amadores. We highly recommend this accommodation!

We had half board and the only small disadvantage was the food - some of the ingredients were not fresh and flavoured. However, there is a grill that saved everything and thanks to it we could have a fresh breakfast or dinner prepared.

It was clean and tidy a choice of pools was good

The rooms are dark as built into the rocks. Little sun on the balcony but not the fault of the hotel. No aircon without paying alot extra. Had to pay a daily charge for the safe key when you normally only pay a deposit. Towels were dated as were some aspects of the room. Curtains were hanging off in the bedroom

Fix that broken elevator! No body told us about the facilities like the gym etc...

A large hotel style accommodation but we had a 2 bed apartment. Good size - two bathrooms, good sized veranda, decent views across town with distant sea view. cleaners on 5 days so changes of towels etc. We were elderly / middle aged so didn't use most facilities but there was plenty for kids and 3 pools. On site catering too. A few bars and restaurants close by. Super market close by. A very pleasant stay.

Minor points - fridge a bit small and cups very tiny, us Brits like a decent sized cuppa, - we had to buy mugs. This did not detract from our enjoyment.

Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The apartment was absolutely amazing, everything that you could need. The entertainment was varied and good. It was a shame that it was fairly quiet therefore the acts in the evening were sometimes playing to a handful of people :( One member of staff stood out for us which was Asara (not sure about the spelling!) She seemed to be everywhere all at the same time. At least that's how it felt. Waiting in the restaurant, running a very busy spell in the snack bar on her own. She also worked in the the pool bar. She always had a smile on her face and made every effort to accommodate our requests. I feel that she deserves some recognition for the role that she plays. Most staff members were very good at their jobs and were friendly and helpful. Asara just made our stay an even better one. Thank you Asara!!

The steps!!! We were on the 6th floor and as far across as you could get, right by the Cordial Hotel. It took 3 lifts plus some walking to get to our room. I don't use lifts so my walk involved many steps. I didn't find it too bad but my friend that I was with, really struggled. I know that you can't change this aspect but you did ask 'what didn't you like'

The rooms were perfect, nice and spacious, everything clean and tidy, plenty of plates and utensils, beds were really comfortable, the views were fantastic, food was great - plenty of choice for every fussy family and the facilities were fabulous. Lovely gym and courtesy room, 4 swimming pools, lovely gardens and the best spa I have ever been to. We went with my.children who were allowed access 3 days a week and it only cost 28€ for 1 child and an adult. We have already booked for next year. The superior rooms have air conditioning and all other rooms have ceiling fans. If you are booking in July or August, best get the suoerior room.

Great family hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The front desk and restaurant staff were always friendly and helpful – special thanks to Juan at the grill and the restaurant reception on Sundays. Dinner is amazing and a MUST to have there! Pool entertainment was wonderful for the kids, and the hotel is very close to the beaches and markets.

Apartments should have air conditioning included, as summer without it is very hard (we were lucky to get one from the 3rd day). Garten lights should be turned out at maximum 23:00h. Out of that - it was an amazing vacation with family!!!

What a gem! We went in October half term and did self catering. Nice pools ( quiet infinity pool was my favourite) and very comfortable accommodation, clean and situated within walking distance to beautiful Puerto de Mogan. Lovely touches like a welcome glass of cava, a complimentary 2 h session at their Salinas spa ( perfect) and Halloween decorations and treats for the kids. A really nice apartment and resort. Very reasonably priced.

For self catering, we would have preferred a better stove ( only 2 rings) and a good spatula . it would be good if they provided salt, pepper, sugar and oil. But it's overall really nice accommodation!

Didn’t enforce their policy of no reserving sunbeds and not removing towel from sun beds

We loved our stay here. The apartment was really spacious, the kitchen was pretty well equipped (although when the room was cleaned every other day, we found a couple of things didn't return, like the tea towel). The beds were really comfy and it was a bonus that the sofa bed folded out into 2 separate beds for the kids. Reception staff were really friendly and very helpful. We were missing a bottle opener when we arrived, I asked at reception and it was in our room within the hour. The spa was well worth a trip. The best thing about this hotel is the pools and facilities for the kids. 4 different pools, we loved the main pool by the bar, and the kids spent a lot of time down at the kids pool/splash park which felt really safe. We didn't manage to use the kids club but the animators were great and it didn't feel too overwhelming with the activities they ran. The carnival activities on Saturday were really fun. It's about a 15 min walk down to the port (on little legs) but also super easy to drive down as well if they're tired! The beach is really lovely, and plenty of great restaurants to enjoy by the beach and at the port. The N44 restaurant in the complex opposite the hotel was really good as well.

Not the hotel's fault, but the piano man who plays in the bar opposite the hotel is really loud and very repetitive after a couple of nights. If you've got young children and therefore want to enjoy the balcony after they're in bed, be prepared for it!
