Breakfast was very nice, kids were delighted with their pancakes, room was cosy and comfortable and the staff were very nice and friendly.
Parking was annoying but that's not the hotels fault , paid for the short term car park, realised we should have done longterm and had to pay again

Great location to discover Waterford city and not too far from Tramore where we brought the kids.
We went for breakfast on both mornings but on the first we were given a broken highchair that had dried food imbedded to it and smelt quite bad. We requested another chair which was pretty much in the same condition but had no other choice to use it. It was very stressful with both children under 2 screaming the restaurants down. On the second morning the highchair we used was giving to us again and it hadn’t been wiped down from my son using it so I had to clean it again myself. We also heard staff giving out to younger staff that I presume were “new”, about their attire and how they’re doing things incorrectly. I understand they are being trained but these conversations should be had privately.

This is a nice place. Easy walk from the train station just over the bridge and down a block or two. Helpful front desk. No refrigerators in room but they can hold stuff like medication in their fridge downstairs which is nice. - good location. Easy to walk all around Waterford. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. I didn't reserve the room with breakfast but I wandered over there one morning. (they have a restaurant onsite) It was good. I didn't eat dinner there but it looked good and they had a pub on the other side of the entry that I didn't go into.
So they have an elevator but the way this hotel is set up, the elevator stops mid floor. So when I went up to my room, I had to go down 8 steps to get to the actual floor I was on. So this is problematic if you have health issues and/or large luggage. I was able to do it because I just had carry on but its worth noting. Not sure why its set up like that. Was strange.

Our room was spacious for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. I especially liked that our bedroom had one double and two proper single beds. Some hotels we have stayed at only had uncomfortable sofa beds for kids so this was great. The room was equipped with a plug in fan which was very much appreciated as it was warm. Staff were friendly. Nice bar in the hotel also where we could stay and have a drink with our kids with us and watch the sports. Very close to everything. we parked our car opposite in the day long carpark which was good value also. We didn't dine at this hotel for the evening we stayed here as we were recommended a restaurant to go to by friends, so I have no idea what the food is like here but the restaurant looked nice and comfortable. We dined at Momo's which I would throughly recommend. It was fabulous food and service and 10 mins walk away from the hotel.
I would of loved breakfast included in our room rate. But it was an extra 50 euro for 4 of us to have breakfast the next morning so we decided not to have it there then. Our room was situated at the back of the hotel so it was a dark room with little day light.

Room was excellent, well refurbished, comfortable, and walk in showers really work well. good breakfast, and well looked after by the staff.
One issue. Waiter delivered food, and asked if I needed anything. I had already bought and paid for a pint at the bar and it was nearly finished, so I asked for another pint. The pint never arrived, not the waiters fault, as he was sent off to do another job by another member of staff. When he arrived back I pointed to my empty glass to jog his memory and he duly arrived with the pint. On being presented with the bill I realised that I had been charged for two pints on the tab. The error was fairly quickly sorted out, but it just happens too often in many hotels I have stayed in.

The location of the hotel was excellent! We were situated right in the heart of Waterford! The carpark was located just across the road.Even though it was a public car park there were lots of available spaces!Once we parked the car we didn’t move it again as we had a 24 hour parking ticket!Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was top class. It was served to us which I liked! There was a good choice too for the continental breakfast which was a buffet!Would definitely return for the breakfast!Staff were very polite and efficient!!
The room was small enough but clean. We ate in the bar for dinner and it was very busy!I felt the bar was small for the amount of people wanting to eat there! It was necessary to prebook the bar for a table for dinner.A musician and singer provided entertainment from 8pm but felt the bar was set up more for dining rather than just for a casual drink for evening guests.

It was only an overnight stop. We had a room for 3. It was clean, tidy, comfortable. We left at 11.30 the next day, which suited us. No issues. Didn't have breakfast but two of us had an evening meal in restaurant/bar and it was very good. (Fish n Chips)
Small point but we didn't have enough bath towels for 3. We made do as only there one night. We would have asked for one more had we stayed longer. Another minor point.......not enough milk, coffee, sugar etc for drinks. There should be more bearing in mind 3:adults might conceivably like to have more than one drink. I daresay reception had plenty but we shouldn't need to ask.

Nice staff lovely beds.. nice restaurant
Nothing to do with hotel!! But recommend by them Car park should be clearly marked long stay a short stay areas. Very annoying trying to sort this after long drive as there no sign for long term areas only short.

We were able to check in early. Our room was very nicely decorated and clean, comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There was music in the bar at night. Breakfast was very good, with excellent service.
We had a pleasant experience for the most part, except the wait staff must have been changing shifts bc we had to wait quite a long time to order and get a drink. Then, no one checked to see if we needed anything else, our waitress just disappeared. I ordered the Alfredo, which was very good. We ordered crab cakes which were under-cooked and we never sent them back because we couldn't get anyone's attention.

Excellent service very professional and helpful, great location right in the middle of Waterford city, and all the attractions just a walk away from the hotel
The check in time was very late 4 pm, and check out 11, so I felt I lost a Day of site seeing, especially for the price per night, I had dinner the first day breaded cod it was very soggy not fresh and fries seemed to be frozen I didn't eat it or complain but decided to eat out in other restaurants after they, but I must say the breakfast was the best I've ever had+++++++
