The hotel was very easy to find, not even a 2 minute walk from the bus station if you are travelling by bus. The staff on reception were lovely, we were able to check in early but I think that was just luck as check in is 16:00. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom is very modern. They supply towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. Breakfast was also nice, it was self serve buffet and the food was hot. Amazing choice of gluten free substitutes

We didn't have the breakfast, we ordered room service for dinner on arrival, pizza could've been left to cook a bit longer in our opinion also drink selection was minimal...location was perfect,hotel itself was lovely and so clean the shower amazing and the beds comfortable!

We were a little disappointed there was nothing going on in the hotel music wise, considering the bar opens till 3am we thought there might been some sort of music whether it played through speakers or live otherwise everything else was lovely we would stay here again now knowing a 5min taxi can take you to where there is nightlife and restaurants

the room was spacious and clean, the shower was topclass and all necessary soaps/shampoos etc provided. The staff in the breakfast room and the bar (late evening) were very friendly and looked after us well. The breakfast menu was excellent.

car parking was very limited and the car park looks very grubby. the exterior of the hotel is not very inviting and similarly the reception area does not do the hotel justice. Our initial contact with reception was not as welcoming as I would like (though I would like to emphasis that apart from this all staff were extremely friendly and helpful). The area around the hotel is a little run down.

I thought this hotel was amazing and it was great value for money, we had lovely cocktails made by clodagh at the bar and we dealt with Trish at reception she was very welcoming and accommodating. The beds were very comfy and the room was so clean, the location was very nice close to train and short walk to city centre. In the morning we had a lovely welcome from lynn who was lovely to chat to and food was lovely too. We had a great stay for our birthday and had a lovely plate of treats with happy birthday written on it which was an extra special touch.

Location is great and very convenient for those who are taking the train or bus coach. The room was very spacious, everything working well. The receptionist was very friendly. We had a very good stay and I would definitely recommend it and come back.

We had some problems with the delivery of the room service. Also, the vending machines available were broken, and the only one working didn't have water available. The staff didn't advise us about that, so we had to pay a lot to get a small bottle of water in the restaurant. The room was apparently clean, but we found hairs in the bed on our first day. The room was very warm, and the ventilation in the bathroom seemed not to be working. Apart from those small inconveniences, our stay was great.

really excellent location just off the main road . easy to get to by road or rail . the room was spacious , lovely bathroom , great shower with dual functions , rainfall shower and also direct shower head . the breakfast was great , self serve , pick what you want , good variety and choice of times for breakfast . the staff are friendly and courteous at all time , very helpful too . would recommend , this is our 2nd time staying I think and will likely be back

the room was excellent but there was some sort of safety feature light that had a green glow over the room door that put out considerable light at night time . very difficult to sleep so we had to go and buy eye masks to dull it out . also for some reason the radiators were turned on , in the room in the middle of summer . didnt reaslise for first two nights and room was like a Sauna as a result

The rooms are clean and bright. The hotel is well situated in Waterford.

Breakfast wasnt particularly well run. We were given a very small table and when asked if we could move it was a bit of a problem. Couple of staff members were unpleasant with some of the other guests also. Then we had issues getting breakfast ordered and had a long wait when we did get breakfast ordered. The food was good though and other than the breakfast issues our stay here was great.

Bed was absolutely amazing the bed was SO big I almost lost my husband haha ! bedding and pillows were perfect. Facilities in the room were OK but for almost €200 we did expect a better complimentary tray offering snacks to the room like biscuits or cookies or chocolates . However there was a snack / drinks vending machine on each floor outside the lifts great idea if rocking in late !! Have to say I checked the drain in the shower it was spotlessly clean it even had cleaning fluid in the reservoir ! Great attention to detail 👏 that's my first check point !!! I also couldn't find a single speck of dust in the room and trust me I looked and checked everywhere !! I even checked the mattress it was spotlessly clean 100% 👏 & I'm a fussy cow !!! Not even a single hair to be found anywhere !!! Compliments to the chamber staff !!! Complementary sanitary condiments great but would recommend a disposable razor for the gents and sanitary towels for the ladies! Wouldn't that just be perfect 😍

Just thought considering breakfast had to be at a pre-booked time we thought for such a prestigious hotel fully cooked breakfast should have been cooked fresh to order as buffet breakfast is never the best ! All other breakfast stuff was Awesome!

Shower was lovely, having the whole menu to choose from for room service, helpful staff, breakfast was nice and loved the fruit on top of the porridge but not much of a selection if you didn’t want a fry, beds and pillows were comfortable, Barry’s tea bags in bedroom not horrible cheap ones! Staff offering to help with bags.

Natural light in bedroom was limited, room was very warm - no a/c, no mirror over dressing table to do makeup or hair, parking was difficult but staff were very good and found us a spot.

Great location if you are doing the greenway cycle. There is parking on first come first serve basis. Clean and comfortable Hotel . If coming from the Motorway its easy access just over the first bridge coming into the city so don't have too much traffic to navigate and can hit the road easily enough in the morning without too much fuss.

Very annoying dog barking right across the street from very early in the morning -not the hotels fault of course, but an unfortunate accessory
