Lovely welcoming staff, right beside the beach. Breakfast was excellent. The ladies who run the Breakfast/Restaurant are brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Loads of choice in a very homely atmosphere

Took a last minute trip with my son. Location was great for us. Nothing to do with the hotel, just with it being very warm,we had to keep the windows open at night. Taxi rank across the road was a bit noisy at night also, Early delivery of kegs in the morning, again,being realistic I realise this needs to happen but was an earlier wake up call than we would have liked

We stayed here on May 6th, 2024, during our Ireland road trip tour heading towards Cork. It's an old building and close to the sea front and the town centre so nice for a walk round Tramore. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and agreeable. The evening meal and breakfast were plentiful and good value. There was plenty of parking space, so, ok as a B&B if rather expensive @ €162. Two downsides, one was the central heating appeared to be permanently and the room uncomfortably hot, the second was the terrible noise from the hostel opposite with young people partying until 3 am didn't help us sleep :)

Staff were absolutely excellent,,very friendly, kind, very efficient service,,I really have to say your staff are amazing people.

Decor a little bit dated, it was clean but could do with a bit of livening up as in soft furnishings and overall appearance. Some of the building is very quant,,I like history,,and oldy worldy, some of your hotel has this quant look ,some of it is drab. Overall though my brother and I enjoyed our stay and will be back ,thank you.

I was impressed with how clean the hotel was & felt very relaxed there, the staff were lovely & very helpful. The food was also exceptionally good!

The only thing I didn't like was the noise outside the hotel with seating just outside the windows had people talking really loud & someone choke coughing first thing when I woke but saying that not a fault of the hotel, it's on the street so to be expected.

Dog friendly 3 star hotel, it's old world, full of character. Like stepping back in time. Room itself was big really comfortable bed, warm and cosy. Tea/Coffee facilities and hairdryer provided. We stayed in the main hotel which is quaint, there is more modern rooms available if you prefer. The food and the welcome cannot be matched. Everyone so friendly, attentive and on coming back from a walk on the seafront (literally a stone's throw away), we went into the bar where dogs are allowed. There we had a delicious dinner, met local characters (dogs get people talking), had great craic and met people enjoying some time in Tramore. Our first fime to bring our dog away and while not permitted into the restaurant for breakfast, it was no problem for wonderful staff to bring our food into the bar and breakfast was fantastic, better than some that I've had in 5 star resorts. Staff are a credit to the hotel, so if you like a warm welcome, delicious food and don't mind that everything is not modern, if you enjoy character and are willing to try a 3 star hotel with a 5 star service, this hotel is for you.

No lift, while that didn't matter to us as only two flights of stairs to our room.

Lovely hotel right on the seaside so a nice place for families. Room was bigger then expected and had a lovely view. Will definitely stay again.

No entrance from the car park to the hotel so you've to walk out of the car park and around to hotel. This isn't bad but if you've kids it's dangerous as the only way out of the car park is to walk on the road leading into the car park.

Super location, close to variety of dining and pubs. Carparking a short walk to behind the building. Short walk to the boardwalk along the beach. Good beach( judging by the number of people in the water) for surfing if thats your thing. Super helpful and friendly staff in the hotel and attached pub. Thankyou for making our stay a pleasant one.

Certainly not a deal breaker for us merely a note for prospective guests there is no lift so be prepared to walk yourself and your luggage up the stairs. However I'm sure assistance could be provided if needed.

Had a fantastic 5 nights in O'Sheas. As a solo traveller I greatly appreciate the friendliness and personal touch of all the staff, from reception to the restaurant and everything in between the staff can't do enough for you. The food is great and the location is second to none, I could hear the surf break from my room when the tide was in which was bliss. Can't wait to go back, highly recommend.

O'Shea's is a little dated, however very clean and comfortable. The beds were really clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. The staff were friendly, helpful, pleasant and very well mannered. I would definitely recommend. Great value given today's prices.
