Location is great, outdoor bar/restaurant is class with amazing views. Accommodation was nice & clean.

Through no fault of the floor staff, the organisation of service is a ridiculous mess. The window in the bedroom was broken and did not close so street noise was louder than it needed to be & the wifi didn’t work so the TV with Netflix etc. was pointless. We still really enjoyed our stay and I probably wouldn’t have included the negatives only for the room was €216 for the night - completely overpriced! If the rooms were reasonably priced, it would draw more positive reviews.

The restaurant/ outside area of “On the Waterfront” over looking the beach and ocean is stunning and really makes the accommodation. The food is good and the wait staff in the restaurant absolutely amazing! The rooms are nicely appointed.

The bathrooms were quite dated / lacking given the price of the accommodation. Some nice toiletries / shampoo and conditioner etc would be standard for a room costing nearly EUR 200 and not public toilet style toilet roll dispensers and very budget bars of soaps / all in one body wash etc. Adding this would really lift the feel / value of the place.

The location was good. I was not imoressed with the outward appearance of the building.no parking and there s no inside access from reception dinning area to the bedrooms.I was quite disappointed. The staff and food excellent Bedrooms very clean and neat

The fact that there's no designated parking for the guests,there s no access from the rooms to the dining area pub and restaurant

Great location, staff did not excel but did their job. Resturant expensive, ate elsewhere. Breakfast out of this world. Room around the street corner from the reception, room and common areas very clean and comfy. Check out was 12 so we could have a morning swim, shower and then go for breakfast.

Staff did not know you after a few minutes of dealing with you, understand they are busy but a bit disappointing.

We arrived late and Morris was very friendly and nothing was too much bother for him and he looked after us very well At breakfast which was delicious all the all were friendly and helpful

We will definitely stay here again

This is beautifully located right on the water and the restaurant has an amazing patio with plenty of seats/space. Very relaxing set up. Staff were all friendly and helpful plus the food was delicious. You can walk to the beach with 2 mins of the front door. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a break away for a weekend.

Parking was hard to find as there are only 4 spaces available and the nearby streets are quite tight. However a space did become vacant outside the hotel which I was able to use, so everything worked out inbthe end.

How accommodating a young bar man Danny was, he was very chatty and his cocktails were amazing. Our room was out of this world with the view and everything was on our doorstep.

Floor staff was a little slow to seat us down.

The view is spectacular, the staff are very friendly, food exceptional soooo tasty, value for money.

Another person booked the same room I did, so we got a smaller room with a fold out bed which was not very comfy

The food was amazing along with the view

The room being slightly away from the restaurant wasn't ideal but it's not the end of the world
