The hotel is Within the city limits, is clean the stuff was fairly nice. BUT!!!!! The lady at the front desk told me she upgraded my room because I was unhappy about the parking situation, and SHE DEFINITELY LIED I got the SAME ROOM I BOOKED! lol what a joke.

There’s NO GUEST PARKING!!! They have stuff driving your car to ANOTHER LOCATION keeping your vehicle and keys all night with them. AND YOU HAVE TO PAYYY EXTRA FOR THE PARKING!!! WHEN YOU TEXT FOR UR CAR THEY DONT RESPOND LOL. Giving my keys to someone else made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

The property is superb with the absolute best rooms ever. If you get an opportunity to stay in one of the suites with the tub, overlooking the river, you will never want to leave. I am so proud Columbus finally has this quality hotel for visitors as well as natives to escape when needed. A+ property and everyone from the hotel manager, to the front door stay, to the valet staff are all so pleasant and make you feel so welcome. We had the best experience with the hotel/guest service manager, she was professional yet delightful, as well as the nice guy at the front desk. Also, my relatives stayed here when they came from South Carolina to my son’s graduation and my cousin left to pick up dinner. While she was gone the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate, but my cousin’s husband is handicap and was suffering after several rounds of chemotherapy and walking with a walking chair and one of the nice housekeepers helped him down the steps. The didn’t get her name, but that speaks volumes to me.

Absolutely everything was a wonderful experience. I do look forward to more menu options at the rooftop restaurant, but the he items offered are unique and very good, Especially the LAVENDER MARGARITA or Martini, it was delicious.

The hotel was modern, inviting, well decorated, and very clean. The location is right along the riverfront walkway, and we had an outstanding view of the river from our room. We really enjoyed the decor and the comfort of the room. We should have stayed longer because one night was too quick and there was so much to see and do that we missed out. We did eat dinner and breakfast the next day at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was very very good. We also appreciated the professional and attentive staff who had to work on Christmas Day.

The room was clean, the only concern was that there was gold confetti across the inside of the room, including the shelf behind the bed, the couch and in the carpet. We assume the room was well cleaned, but was strange that the confetti was still there.

Location was great, right that on the river walk. Room was upscale, very clean, deluxe sheets and towels, soft lighting behind the headboard, high ceilings. Valet parking was reasonable ($12) and easy. Lobby had cozy nooks for sitting and having drinks from the bar. Roof top lounge and bar were closed unfortunately bc of cold weather, as was the outdoor pool of course.

Just a silly pet peeve of mine, there were no black washcloths to use from r removing makeup.

This was the nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in, and we were truly blown away! The front desk staff was very friendly, the decor and look was beautiful, and the room itself had an incredible view of the water. We were obsessed with the bathroom! From the lighting, the theme/layout, the shower, the hair and body soaps/products were the best we’ve ever used. We loved the brand of products in the bathroom so much that we both agreed we’d be buying them online when we got home. Hotel Indigo made this late 20’s couple feel like a million bucks. I can’t forget about how great the atmosphere was at the rooftop bar as well! Great staff, great food, great drinks, and a great view. We will definitely be back in the future The elevator did undergo maintenance while we were there after coming back from target with a few items, and we were staying on the 6th floor. My husband and I weren’t bothered about the small inconvenience though, because things happen. Shannon at the front desk was very nice and helped us find the stairs, and now we have a funny moment to look back on with all of our other memories from the trip☺️

The service was exceptional, The service was perfect, the restaurant hit the spot, the hotel is located in a perfect spot for walking and seeing the sights along with night life, more restaurants, and history. It was a great choice for my son and I.

If I had to say anything negative it would be the price because I'm always looking to save a few bucks, but you can't pay enough for the location, service, and restaurant/bar being on site. The price wouldn't keep me from booking another stay.

We loved the decor and history of the building. We liked that that the hotel was not in the middle of everything but an easy walk to downtown.

The air was out in the hallway on our floor making it very hot walk from the elevator to the room. Half of the staff seemed untrained and disgruntled. We had to wait an extra half hour past check-in time to finally check in. The room was nice but could see there were some cheaper renovations/fixes made that gave it less of a luxurious feel making it not feel the value of what we paid for the room.

Checkin receptionist was AWESOME. we didn't arrive until around midnight but she greeted us at the door with smiles... The bed was so comfortable

The table n chair was really tight fit in room... Hotel parking fee Pool area was filled with Cobb webs on light fixtures/chairs...spiders were clinging on to the chairs that sit in the water... It seems as if pool area is not a area that's on the daily maintenance list..
