Would come again! Very friendly staff and the room was very clean and well equipped. The art in each room and the restaurant really add character. I was pleasantly surprised by oat milk available for coffee at breakfast and that I could leave my luggage after check-out. Breakfast was great, good choice also as a vegetarian. Location was great, the markets a minute by foot and most things in walking distance. Didn’t have time to check out the bars down the street but they looked cozy and vivid!

I expected chairs on the tiny balcony from the pictures, instead it was two ACs, so not really place to sit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Albergo San Giors! The property itself is exceptional - everything from the restaurant to the rooms gives you an authentic Italian feel. The neighborhood is also amazing - it’s outside the hustle and bustle of the central square, so it gives you a more local / authentic feel. We happened to be there over the weekend and got to experience the Saturday flea market, which sets up just outside the hotel and the surrounding streets. I could not recommend this hotel enough! We will definitely be back.

It was a marvelous stay ! The hotel is an authentic one, dates back to 1815 ! The staff was the kindest, always smiling and very helpful (and they spoke French too). The hotel is also a Piemontese restaurant, that serves traditional dishes and clients of the hotel get a 10% discount off the menu. I was traveling there alone and felt very safe. The location was great only one minute away from the open air market and 7 minutes away from the Palazzo Madama. All the rooms are designed by different artists which is an amazing concept ! I can only recommend going to this lovely hotel which to me adds so much to the Torinese experience !

The only thing that might be slightly negative is that the walls of the rooms are very thin: I was there when the hotel was not very full, but I can imagine that this could be a slight inconvenience when the hotel is full (especially if there are loud clients).

The decor is absolutely original and charming. Each room tells its story, blending unique artistic touches with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a gallery, and I loved every moment spent in such a creatively designed space. The staff was another highlight of my stay. They were friendly, accommodating, and passionate about ensuring guests had the best experience possible. The well-stocked bar was a delightful surprise. The staff went out of their way to mix a cocktail even though they are not on the menu. And let us not forget the breakfast! It was simply excellent, with quality ingredients — a fantastic spread of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste without being excessive. Overall, I can't recommend San Giors enough. It is human and pet friendly and if you are looking for a memorable stay with character, fantastic service, and great amenities, this is the place to be!

There is nothing I would complain about. I may not favour the quarter, but the hotel compensated well for the location (still always within the old center) — I would not hesitate to go there again.

Breakfast was great. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and delicious. They had this amazing selection of cheese. We were only there for one night and they held our bags for the day and helped us call a taxi and made sure that it arrived. They don't have a lift but their staff so generously helped take our bags upstairs! They were great!

The location is not too far from the city center which is good but it was a little dark when we arrived and the area seemed a bit seedy. We went out to grab dinner but the only places open were bars and they hadn't begun serving dinner yet. The area is riddled with graffiti and very dark.

Breakfast was good. Self serve but had hard boiled eggs, cheese, meats, breads incl toast, cake, croissants, fruit and juice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is super convenient to town and around the corner from a massive market that sells everything! It’s just on edge of a less nice neighbourhood so felt a little ill at ease my first night so ate at hotel restaurant which was excellent. Once I explored and got my bearings I felt more comfortable walking back after dark alone. During the day was never an issue.

The location is really good if you are mostly walking in the city center, and it's right next to the street market of Torino which was really nice to visit. Also the breakfast is fantastic and the dinning room a beautiful piece of art, and together with the kindness and gentleness of its workers, it offers a pleasant staying.

A charming, friendly and perfectly located hotel in Turin with unique, artist-designed rooms, a great restaurant and real character. The staff were really lovely - friendly, helpful and always on hand to offer chilled water which was very welcome! It also has beautiful interior decor with period features and an art nouveau style We loved the location - in the heart of a gradually gentrifying neighborhood so expect to find casual bars, trendy spots for drinks, antique furniture shops, excellent Middle Eastern food and contemporary dining (we liked Safara a few minutes walk away). Piazza della Republica for its massive market is right round the corner too. Breakfast was also excellent, which isn't always the case in Italy if you're used to a more substantial offering - we enjoyed bread, cold meats and some great soft cheeses, plus espresso coffee and cappuccino, pastries, fresh fruit and home made yoghurt! Fortunately we still had an appetite to enjoy a really excellent dinner in the San Giors restaurant: authentic Piedmontese dishes (polenta, liver, pasta con fagioli, an epic cheese board), local wines and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Our only gripe was that there was no air conditioning in the room just a ceiling fan - but this can be quite standard in north Italy and the fan still kept us cool

The included breakfast was great and the fact there was a good restaurant on site. Very nice to have free bottled water in the room from the front desk. Comfy bed. Interesting artistic effects. And I like the old fashioned/ antiquey decor.

Shower was small and could not lower the height of the shower head. Glad I brought my own shower cap.

Small, a bit of an antique hotel, so more of a character comparing with modern hotels. Hotel owner waited for us at night past check-in time as our flight was late - grateful for that really. The conditioner worked, that was a savior of the day, bc it was too hot outside; also a bottle of cold water from the bar whenever you need - appreciated.

It is situated by the largest market in Turin, so next days after the market - awfully many trash everywhere😱. The beds are old and funny sounding, the smell of old building not for everyone.
