Anna Maria was our host , she was extremely helpful, super knowledgeable and very respectful , we got there on Sunday with our rental car and the street where the property was located was closed for Sunday market and we couldn’t drive to the property to drop off our luggage when I contacted the property via WhatsApp Anna Maria answered the phone and she asked us where we were stocked, I send her the pictures of the intersections were we were and in 5 minutes she was there running around , looking for us , and helped us with our luggage and the parking …… Thank you so much Anna Maria very much appreciated

In a brilliant location. We had a wonderful spacious room with a Turkish shower in it – and our own private deck above. Cannot fault it in any way. Breakfasts were all that one needed and cakes were baked by the two staff. Sensational. The two staff / managers, AnnaMaria and Margherita, were just delightful and attentive and highly efficient when it came to making bookings and taking care of us. When it came to giving us directions and arranging the parking, they were so clear in their instructions and made sure that the golf-buggy was waiting for us

The hotel has a very good location and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is very nice as well, plenty of delicious Italian pastry however some fresh fruits would be nice.

Everything looks nice but nothing is practical - there are no shelves to put things, there are only a few hangers, no water kettle, no iron, and the worst - the shower is in the room and it is just a glass wall, which makes things a bit uncomfortable when you are sharing the room with your friend. This should be pointed out to clients when booking the room.

Location is fantastic - right in the heart of the Old Town and close to everything - restaurants, cafes, shops. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with a large terrace on the top of the hotel to sit in the morning or evening with a coffee or a cocktail.

Rooms are not easily accessible - stairs only. It can be a bit noisy at nights, but that comes with the location. Parking lot is not available on spot but the hotel has parking places in a close location and offers a "shuttle" to take you there.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Polignano a Mare. Right on via Rome, step out the door right into the main street. Accessabke to everything one would want to see and do. Annamaria was an amazing host who went beyond what anyone would expect. She insisted on carrying our luggage up the stairs, but I would let her. The room was spacious with all the amenities we would want. The shower also included a steam room. We will be back.

Wow we were blown away by this place - what a treat to stay here! The apartment was absolutely beautiful - very functional, aesthetically pleasing, beautiful bathroom, beautiful balcony. The terrace was beautiful as well and breakfast was great. The hosts went above and beyond - messaged in advance to confirm certain things, suggestions for parking, excursions and helped us plan them. They were so helpful and kind. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable and seemless!

Location was central, the bedrooms were beautiful,clean and so comfortable. The staff were really helpful with any request you had. The breakfast was on their terrace on the roof with amazing views of the sea and the city. The shower is the bedroom which may not be to everyone’s taste but is amazing.

The suites are really comfortable. High quality accommodation with a distinguished Modern design. There are only 5 suites so the place is really quiet and the attention is dedicated. It is located on the Main Street of the historic center so is really convenient.

Beautiful room, has an exquisite Turkish steam bath option in the shower, private terrace was incredible. Perfect location, great breakfast and Margherita was absolutely exceptional with assisting us in our stay. She never hesitated to help out- booked transfers, offered to book massages and other activities. Absolutely exceptional and she made our stay so special!

great location with a fab breakfast on the roof terrace. We were allowed to use the terrace after check out which was really helpful, bedrooms spacious & clean and staff really friendly.

showers a little difficult to operate at first but very good once you got the idea. You have to simply lift he tap up, pushing towards the wall and then press button top left to start the water.
