Everything! The staff were so lovely and helpful, the room and accommodation were very clean and not your average hotel. The shower was a great addition, as well as the beautiful balcony with the sea view. The breakfast was delicious every day and had a great selection, including home made cakes and fresh fruit. The room itself was so spacious, amazing air con and everything felt such high quality. I really could not recommend this place enough, will definitely be back!

Anna Maria was our host , she was extremely helpful, super knowledgeable and very respectful , we got there on Sunday with our rental car and the street where the property was located was closed for Sunday market and we couldn’t drive to the property to drop off our luggage when I contacted the property via WhatsApp Anna Maria answered the phone and she asked us where we were stocked, I send her the pictures of the intersections were we were and in 5 minutes she was there running around , looking for us , and helped us with our luggage and the parking …… Thank you so much Anna Maria very much appreciated

Breakfast - a little more variety in cereals + rashers and scrambled eggs were cold. Sausages would be an appreciated addition. Coffee machine wasn't up to the task for hot coffee.

In a brilliant location. We had a wonderful spacious room with a Turkish shower in it – and our own private deck above. Cannot fault it in any way. Breakfasts were all that one needed and cakes were baked by the two staff. Sensational. The two staff / managers, AnnaMaria and Margherita, were just delightful and attentive and highly efficient when it came to making bookings and taking care of us. When it came to giving us directions and arranging the parking, they were so clear in their instructions and made sure that the golf-buggy was waiting for us

Perhaps one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The interior, the space, the location, the SHOWER! I cannot get over how intimate and funky the shower is. I actually used the illuminating lights for me to sleep. Combined with very friendly staff and a spectacular breakfast on the roof with a sea view. It’s just a super special experience. I LOVED IT.

Everything looks nice but nothing is practical - there are no shelves to put things, there are only a few hangers, no water kettle, no iron, and the worst - the shower is in the room and it is just a glass wall, which makes things a bit uncomfortable when you are sharing the room with your friend. This should be pointed out to clients when booking the room.

Perfectly placed in the most energetic area of the Polignano a Mare, very close to Grotta restaurant, the room was very clean, the staff was absolutely magnific, the view to the road was really cool. We went there for my BDay, and the host was so nice she brought me a pasticciotto with a candle ( really made my morning). The terrace IS STUNNING!!!!! Really loved it

Location is fantastic - right in the heart of the Old Town and close to everything - restaurants, cafes, shops. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with a large terrace on the top of the hotel to sit in the morning or evening with a coffee or a cocktail.

Rooms are not easily accessible - stairs only. It can be a bit noisy at nights, but that comes with the location. Parking lot is not available on spot but the hotel has parking places in a close location and offers a "shuttle" to take you there.

Loved all of it. Of the many hotels we stayed in during our 15 days in Puglia this offered the best breakfast and the location was fabulous. Staff were delightful. We would highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat.

The host provided attentive service, offered excellent recommendations, and facilitated the acquisition of train tickets. Breakfast, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, was exquisite. The studio's central location and comfortable, cozy accommodations were ideal. A rooftop terrace provided great views.
