The location was brilliant. We were able to park under the hotel and within a minute walking, we were in the lanes, accessing lovely bars with courtyards, shops, markets etc. We loved the location as it was just off the high volume tourist main street and so was a little bit quieter than those streets. Our rooms were big and bright, with large opening windows, however the bathrooms were smaller but totally functional. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very near to the historical center, there is a big parking to park you car at 200 meters.

I booked 2 rooms, but could pay online only one of them. The other room had to be paid by card when I arrived. Not a huge problem, but ... The idea to open the doors via a website is brilliant, but I have experienced also better solutions.

Very central location, a good-sized and clean room with a table, extra bed for the kid free of charge. Underground garage with the elevator to the hotel. Extremely courteous and welcoming receptionist!

Half of the rooms face a small street, which gets noisy in the morning. The bathroom is tiny, pillows are on a thinner side and not very comfortable. The breakfast is quite expensive (18 euro/person)

I loved being five minutes' walk from the medieval Rathaus on the river. I loved the manners and kindness of the staff at this hotel. I loved being able to practise my German to request gluten-free rolls and being listened to patiently as I got a little better each day! Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. I loved the room being spotlessly clean and soft towels in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I was grateful for the lift after walking a long way each day, and it was lovely to be greeted by reception staff. Altogether, an excellent experience.

It was a shame that people are so noisy outside; but the hotel can't help that, and between midnight and 6am each night it was very peaceful. I found it difficult to adjust the shower to face down; but I think taller people hand-hold the shower head - I'm just not tall enough to reach it! I didn't like people smoking right outside the hotel entrance; but it's Germany, and far more people smoke in public.

The rooms were very clean and bright, but small with very little storage. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning unit was great during the hot weather. Fortunately the temperature cooled down at night, because the air conditioning was very loud

I didn't try the breakfast, but it was €18 per person, which seems very expensive.

Very centrally located and a decent price for the area. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet.

There was a problem with the payment between booking.com and the hotel which was slightly annoying - have your payment confirmation ready.

Excellent location in city center, very good rates. Efficient air-con which was very useful during summer heat-wave.

Very Good position and super friendly staff, nice breakfast and great opportunity to park (paying extra) in the garage underneath the hotel in the city center!

The bathroom is a little old and small, over all not a big issue considering the great location!

Close to the city centre and accessible to almost everything

The bed is a little bit uncomfortable and the room has very thin walls you can hear people passing by on the small hallway when they talk and also on the street. We woke up at 4am to people talking on the road followed by people checking out early in the hallway. Very thin wall!

Location to old town. Location to main train station. Timely response for appliance malfuction. Cleaniness of apartment.
