Excellent accommodation. Room and ensuite were both spacious and immaculately clean (and the air was beautifully scented). I was only there for a very short stay but it had everything a person could need, even if staying longer, including a small kitchenette. I really appreciated all the little details, from the bottle of water in the room on arrival to the nice glasses and crockery in the breakfast room (some places just wouldn't bother!). I took up the option of paying for the breakfast at Residhome both mornings and thought it good value (a fine selection of cereal, pastries, breads, fruit, cheese, yoghurt, juices, coffee, even eggs). Staff were very pleasant, including the woman looking after the breakfast room who offered to make some fresh scrambled eggs after taking the trouble to point them out to me (I'd have missed them otherwise). The location is a little out of the way - a 20-25 minute walk from Quai de la Gare which was the easiest, most direct station for me to take the metro to and from - and in an area that's home to warehouse-size DIY stores, a multiplex and garden centres. So you do have to travel for the areas with a nighttime buzz or lots of eating options. I think, however, that if I'd been staying longer and under less pressure, I'd have worked out bus and metro connections better and then felt the distance less. Also, given it's near a student area, there are probably more places close by to eat at nighttime than you'd first think. The very positive side of the location is that it's quiet. For the first time in a long while, I didn't have to use earplugs to sleep. So highly recommended and I would very much like to stay there again.

We had to book this location last minute as our airbnb got cancelled on the day of our flight. So it was slightly further from where we originally wanted to be but there is a direct metro line to the central - metro station was about 15 minutes walk. The staff were amazing and always helpful, particularly Lamine (sorry if I got the name wrong). As it was an apartment hotel, we were able to cook there as well, which was convenient. It was decent sized and clean. We could leave our luggage there too after checking out so we could go around to stroll before going to the airport. All in all, highly recommend!
Wifi wasn't working at the time - which was ok for me as I could use my roaming data. The staff mentioned that the hotel newly opened up, so it should be sorted soon.

We really liked this accommodation. The staff were friendly and relaxed, the room was quite spacious, and everywhere was spotless. We also liked the relaxing / chilled music in the public areas. Good value for money too.
As others have said the location - just outside the border with Paris - wasn't ideal, but if you don't mind a 20-min walk to the metro or have your own transport then this is actually a really good accommodation option, offering Paris on your doorstep without paying a huge amount for a hotel. Breakfast at €17 per person was too much for us, and it seemed that the aircon only blasted out heat, not cold air (according to the receptionist anyway, but we might have misunderstood). This meant we had to sleep with the window open, perhaps getting contaminated by the output of the huge factory chimney opposite!

Good location, close to public transportation, subway, trains, buses. many restaurants near to choose from. We would like to thank Iryna, Lamine, and Skander for their genuine kindness, helpfulness, and positive reinforcement our choice of staying there was the right one. Y'all are definitely an asset to the property and destined for great things.
A couple of staff members I chose not to mention by name.

It is immaculate, comfortable, economical, and spacious. The neighborhood looked iffy in Google Maps Streetview, -- no shops and cafes except another hotel, a Leroy-Merlin megastore, a sanitation facility, and a walking path taking you under a highway underpass--, but it is fine, especially during the daytime.
It is far from the city's center, in an industrial area. It requires a 10-20 minute walk to the nearest mass transportation station, except for a bus that stops nearby. After dark, I would advise not to walk alone; there are few to no pedestrians, and even local car traffic is sparse. The adjacent sanitation facility might smell sometimes --but only when you are outside--

Many thanks for hotel's staff, the room was realy clean, we realy enjoyed our experience. I really recommend this hotel to anyone to settle in a full clean area. the location is close to public transportation.
I think every hotel should have slippers but they didn't have. Due to It's hotel apartment, it would be better to have washing liquid and scouring pad, Although they had washing machine. We didn't use it.

The room is amazing! Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen in the room was very well equipped!
They don’t have individual air conditioning in the rooms; there’s just a central system for the entire building, so you can’t set a different temperature for your room. I wanted the room to be cooler, so I had to keep the windows open. It wasn’t a big problem, but it was a bit noisy with the windows open. However, the room itself is really great!

The hotel had really big room for Paris Hotel with a view and the area was quiet and by bike you could reach the center really easy! Lamin was outstanding and really helpful! Definetely will visit again!
Just the curtain on the bathroom i would prefer to had glass and if it would be possible to make changes to the air condition due to central unit.

Very clean and fully updated inside. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We extended our current stay as we really liked this property.
Trying to get simple amenities such as clean towels and toilet paper when our first booking end and the second began, was a little more difficult than I expected. We had a wonderful gentleman at reception who sorted everything for us. On the location, if you walk a different way away from the hotel you do discover quite the industrial area.

These are virtually brand new apartments so everything is pristine and they are well maintained. We had a studio which was spacious, the bed was firm and new but had a softer topper on it, and the utensils were all smart and modern. (There was no horrible synthetic mattress protector on the bed. Instead it was a natural cotton one with a cotton fitted sheet on top.) The apart'hotel has a very stylish entrance area/lobby where you can sit and play board games, and in the evening they put out free biscuits, croissants and a very nice minted water for guests to help themselves too. The staff are very professional, smiling and helpful. If you are coming to Quai d'Ivry from abroad, we discovered there are lots of options to get from Orly Airport to the apart'hotel. Apart from Orly Val train, there is also Orly bus from Denfert Rochereau (RER B) and you can also use your weekly travel card to get to Orly by using the RER C, get off at Rungis Orly, then there is a regular local bus to the airport. This wasn't much advertised even on Google maps, but it's a quick, cheap way to and from the hotel. There is a bus stop Bruneseau a few metres from the hotel. There is also a tram stop about 8 mins walk away. Both run til late every day. There are also lots of scooters "trottinettes".
There is very little to fault, but there's just a couple of things to mention. There aren't any window shutters and the blackout curtains don't quite, well, blackout. So if you don't like the morning light, take an eye mask with you! The only other thing we found is that it takes about 30-40 minutes by bus or metro to get into the centre of Paris. It is usually 2 or 3 changes on the bus or bus/metro. The hotel is in an industrial part of the city with a cement factory over the road, a recycling plant at the end of the street and bizarrely 2 garden centres. This area is being regenerated and the hotel is one of several in the street.
