Overall, it’s a nice place to stay…comfortable rooms, nice facilities, it’s clean and quiet. We’ve stayed here a few times over the years and have been satisfied. This time everything was nice as always EXCEPT there was not adequate water pressure or hot water when I took a shower at 1:45AM (had to be at DIA by 3AM so I didn’t even have time to talk with the person at the front desk about it). The water pressure and temp (lukewarm, at best) was so bad , I advised my son and mother-in-law to just clean up with washcloth…I had to use a washcloth and warm water from the sink to get all the soap off my body….Thank goodness I didn’t put shampoo in my hair!

We loved everything!! The bed was so comfortable and the couch was too! The pillows were super soft. The decor was fun and inviting. Had a huge bathroom with huge cozy towels, and loved the location. I hate the bathroom being by the door. This bathroom was at the back of the room. Love that!! The Room was extra roomy! There was three of us and we weren’t on top of one another at all. Perfection!!

If I have to nitpick — personally, I could have used an extra pillow or two and the space by the window was quite large and could have maybe used another seating or some better use of the space.

*** There is no laundromat onsite, but there's one in walking distance. Just ask the front desk. *** Simply lovely. It's in a hotel area and it's much cheaper than downtown Denver. Plus you get a big room with everything you need.

Mostly traffic. It's a bit far from the metro station so you don't have direct access to downtown Denver. Shuttles might take a while during traffic hours.

The king bed suite with a couch was perfect for my grandson to travel with us and still had a bit of privacy. Having a sectional to watch tv together was also nice. We loved the hot breakfast and the large swimming pool.

Paying for parking. Paying to park while not staying at the hotel makes sense but not if you are on the property paying to sleep there.

The comfort, size and facilities in the room. Restaurants and convenience story nearby. Free airport shuttle.

The non-communication about the guarantee that was charged to the credit card at check-in. I saw an amount charged to my CC after check-in and had to ask the desk what this amount was for because they did not inform me about this when I checked in.

I had a great breakfast. There was a good selection for diabetic guests.

Apparently, the shuttle bus doesn't come to the Denver Airport unless you call the hotel. My resevation sheet didn't hsve the hotel phone number, so I had to perform internet research to get the hotel number and request shuttle pickup.

Front desk agent "Tay" was exceptional! She really helped me out as I was lost at airport to catch the shuttle, she had a real "can do" attitude! Shuttle driver was also kind and patient and this at 12 midnight! Loved the second room with the coach, the layout was really nice!

The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the quiet.

1. I was notified upon arrival there was a $12/day parking rate. After getting irritated over that, the receptionist advised I could become a Hyatt member and there would be no charge. Not sure why she didn’t lead with that. 2. The elevators were filthy. Food on the floor, dirty carpets, just disgusting in general.

Great location to Denver airport. Shuttle bus was there when we arrived at bus stop with very helpful and safe driver. Excellent check in with friendly and efficient team member. Room larger than we thought, comfortable bed and we were able to watch a premier league game on the tv! Next door to some great restaurant options and great breakfast in hotel too!

No big deal however basin for bathroom was in main bedroom rather than in the shower /toilet room which we had not experienced before.

Loved the welcome Alex checked us in and also spoke to Tim very friendly staff!!! Great room spacious eveything you needed. Walkable afrea 7-11 next door as well as a few good restaurants a few minutes walk away. Great breakfast and we used the free airport shuttle, overall fantastic stay and fantastic service, would stay again!!!
