The restaurant/Starbucks area, the lobby, fitness gym pool area and lounge areas were all so clean and very well maintained. Our room looked and smelled very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. All the staff we had contact with were so friendly, courteous and kind. Being so close to the Irvine Spectrum, many restaurants and Laguna Beach was a huge bonus.

As grateful as we were that Starbucks was even an option at this Courtyard, the menu was limited. Wish there were a little more menu options.

I request concted room (1 suite + 1 double bed) and they confirmed it to my before 2 weeks and when we arrived I can't get my rooms and we stay at 2 different room than I requested for 2 day before we moved to our room that we request

Didn't have breakfast there but the onsight Starbucks was cool. The parking process was good with plenty of room, using the room key to enter/exit lot is a good idea. The location of this hotel is excellent, it's an easy 10 minute walk to the Irvine Spectrum, restaurants, shopping, Improv, movie theater and more!

Nothing we didn't like! I will highly recommend Irvine Marriot hotels.

Room was amazing, the view to the pool was pretty good (a lot of sunlight), location was closer to the Spectrum Mall, so basically a lot of stuff to do there! Everything was pretty amazing!

I think that the only thing that I could complain is about the Starbucks Coffee availability. Even if the communication was saying that was available all day, sometimes there wasn't anyone at the counter.

Great Location, walking distance from Irvine Spectrum. Parking is available and has an easy access. Room is clean and comfortable. Gym and Pool are a nice extra to enjoy during your stay. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Food is great.

Nothing. This is my second stay and I like it every time.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds and the staff was beyond exceptional. Customer service lately has been lacking everywhere, it was very refreshing to stay somewhere where everyone genuinely seemed to love their job. From the check-in desk, to the cafe, even the maids were friendly. Highly impressive and have been telling everyone about our wonderful experience here.

Bathroom could use an exhaust fan for the steam and more hooks to hang towels.

The self laundry service was the most convenient to us, as a family with 3 young kids. Affordable, clean machines and very convenient, as I don’t need to carry my laundry somewhere far.

I liked the views from the windows and how clean the room was. It is conventionally located to the Spectrum Center as well.

The refrigerator didn't work but they brought one to replace it. Rooms also do not come with a microwave.

The property is gated making it more difficult to get Uber pick up/drop off at the entrance. The rooms were pricy for what/where it is

The hotel is beautiful rooms are clean, comfortable overall very nice

The window in my room was open and we have a toddler that tried to claim to mess with it. I didn’t think the rooms have windows open up when your that high up
