Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed being in the villa away from the main part of the hotel. The accommodation was spacious with good facilities. Good arrangements for parking. The staff happily organised a hair appointment for me in San Quirico de Orcia which was great (we were going to a wedding).

We couldn’t get the heating to work so were cold for 3 of the 4 days. More gluten free food offerings at breakfast would have been good.

The hotel, restaurant and spa are exceptional especially after a long day of cycling. But most of all the staff were wonderful and so helpful. From the fellow who greeted me, and the young lady who arranged to do some laundry for me quickly, and the fine young men who served me dinner and to the wonderful lady who made me a doppio espresso in the morning. All were so nice and hard working. Thank you to the team at Albergo le Terme. Your hotel is great but you make it special.

Beautiful scenery, with history, the taster meal was good, and the staff was attentive. We were kindly upgraded to the ancient spa pool, but the same size of room as the economy, which to be honest was quite small and dated, the shower cubicle was again small. However the spa' and pools the steam room etc were spot on, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the hot spring in the center of the town. The breakfast was phenomenal! Wide selection of high quality food, including homemade jam! We loved our stay and definitely recommend ! We recommend adding the spa access, it was worth the extra cost!

Amazing thermal facilities, from the Sauna to the hot and cold pools. Amazing Staff, pleasent and attentive service, amazing location, with access to the most beautiful lesser-knows corners of Toscana.

The rooms could do a bit better for the price. Other than that - the most pwerfect hotel in Toscana!

As someone with a chronic illness (fibromyalgia) this had everything I could possibly want in a relaxing break. Beautiful setting, peaceful, and the thermal pools were great for me. Super helpful and friendly staff - the one time I had a problem they sorted it immediately.

Not a dislike - my only suggestion was that they could put more information in the rooms about what is available, both on-site and in the surrounding areas.

Dream property. Excellent breakfast & loved the bathing bag in the wardrobe that gave you what you needed to use the thermal pool.

Nothing other than our room was the smallest on the floor with no view. But that’s the luck of the draw.

The thermal spa is wonderful. We used it on two days. Having flown over 24 hours from Australia, it helped us relax and overcome stiffness from the flights. All the staff at the hotel and in the spa and in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent with plenty of choice. I look forward to staying again.

Luxury and service top value what a wonderful memorable hotel. As solo traveler without car the. hotel arranged a wonderful driver to visit the extraordinary countryside

The breakfast in the morning wasn’t great - the eggs and bacon were the saltiest we’ve ever tasted and the woman serving us was the rudest person we encountered in two weeks of traveling in Europe.
