The property was beautiful from the inside out. It’s a hidden gem. Set on the beautiful Tuscany countryside with spectacular views from the infinity pool.p Perfect from check in to check out. Mariana made our stay very welcoming as soon as we arrived. The owners Scott and Steven were super friendly and made our stay one to remember. The best Lasagne and tirimasu we’ve ever tasted. All the food was served fresh from breakfast to dinner. We will definitely be back.

Everything. Steve and his staff made us feel welcome immediately. The building is beautiful and our room was lovely with a modern bathroom. The pool is beautiful and a perfect temperature with a gorgeous view. The highlight for us was dinner. Outside ov the patio under lights with soft music and a warm summer breeze we had a truly delicious meal. Credit to the chef for a spectacular lasagne made with fresh pasta from right next door. The chips were perfection, the salad fresh and crisp and desert was divine. With their own wine to top it all off it was a perfect evening.

The property is stunning - the view is striking when you first arrive, and the view from the pool and outdoor dining area is incredible. The property itself everything is very beautiful and picturesque. The pool was perfect for the heatwave. Also I think this was my favorite pasta dish I had during my trip to Italy. Delicious food! And the staff was super nice and helpful.

Only 2 things - the wifi wasn’t working that great in the room or poolside. Also the AC in our room was located in the main room and not in the bedroom, and with the heatwave it was very hot to sleep. But other than that it was amazing.

Nice modern touch in Tuscany! Very well maintained & well thought out design; we met the owner, Steve and he was very nice sharing the concept of the hotel and vineyard with us The rooms are definitely on the modern size vs. other places we stayed in the Tuscany. The outside area has an infinity pool overlooking nice landscapes. The location is nice and about 30 mins drive to Pienza, we had a car so no problem getting around. They also have a restaurant (apparently relatively new) serving a fusion of Italian & British cuisines.

The room is very clean however smelt too much of the lemon room refresher, had to open the window and AC to air it out a bit.

Our stay at Casa M was fun, relaxing and quiet. The views of the countryside from the courtyard are amazing. The staff and owners were very warm and friendly. I enjoyed our conversations whether we were just passing through the bar area, or hanging out to get to know them. They always wanted to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. We enjoyed talking with them and hearing about their journey in restoring the property and working the vineyard. Breakfast was yummy with fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, eggs, cheeses, meats, and juice. Coffee options were typical for Italy, and served with style and elegance. (if you're American, don't expect your normal size coffee cup)

We had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was delicious, and we also really enjoyed the burger – highly recommended! The location is great, and the Casa itself is beautiful, making it definitely worth a stay

The bathroom could benefit from a few more towel hooks or hangers, as it felt a bit limited in that regard. The wardrobe was spacious but could be more functional with the addition of drawers. Also, just a note that there was no bidet, which some guests might expect

- Beautiful property in the heart of Tuscany. Close to lots of wineries, small towns and other activities such as natural hot springs! - Before we even arrived, Marianne had messaged to help us coordinate any activities or bookings we wanted to do in the area. - Highly recommend dinner at the hotel, it is in a small quaint area with a small, yet refined menu. Also recommend the tour and tasting at the winery. Marianne did an amazing job sharing the history and process of the wine making at Casa M, it is a remarkable experience. - We also participated in the cooking class they offered which was through a separate, private company. It was amazing! Would go back and do it again if we could. - The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and relax. The infinity pool over looks the Tuscan country side! - Breakfast was a typical Italian buffet. Meats, cheese, pastries, fruit, and yoghurt. Best past was the fresh, custom coffees delivered to our table! Remarkable service, care and attention. - Room was a great size, with 2 big windows and custom made furniture. Also a big tv! - Scott and Steve made every guest feel so welcomed, engaging in conversations, always lending a helping hand and being friendly faces to all. - A must visit!!

We absolutely loved the mixture of Tuscan Vibe with that modern splash of comfort and a pinch of luxury. Exactly the perfect amount of all of it. We also loved that it was mostly couples within 25-45 years which made the atmosphere super relaxing. No hectic party vibes, just good and chilled vibes. Scott and Steve are wonderful hosts and have created an absolut gem just an hour drive outside of Siena. They built everything by themselves and one can see and feel the passion and hard work that went into the whole place. Miriana deserves a separate appreciation as she was the first and last person we interacted with. She seems like the diamond of this great hospitality experience and made our stay seamlessly wonderful. We will definitely be back and cannot wait to spend more time at Casa M.

The Wifi wasn’t the best unfortunately, so if one needs to work with a good, strong and stable wifi connection, this might not be the right fit. But the pool area and the views will distract you from working anyways (take it from someone who was supposed to be on a workation there😝).

I am rating this place based on what we valued the most during our stay: - Exceptional customer service: They have lots of activities in addition to wine tasting. My husband selected the pasta making class and I did the massage. We booked these appointments after check-out time as we arrived late on check-in date. Miriana was so thoughtful in ensuring I have a relaxing experience and she allowed me to use a room to shower after my massage. My massage was AMAZING! The best in years. Justine did wonders with my back as it was super stiff from stress and for carrying my heavy bag for days. My husband also enjoyed the past making class, which also included learning how to make tiramisu. - Beautiful views: The breakfast area and pool area has the best views of the the tuscan landscape. They are in a very interesting location near a local road with a gas station nearby. I was initially worries that it was probably too close to "civilization", but the place is quiet and the views of the valley and mountains are breathtaking. - Breakfast: They offer continental breakfast. Their chocolate croissants were addictive. They also customized my cappuccino and added additional shots of expresso. It would have been great to have fresh cut fruit from the area (e.g. watermelon, melon, pineapple) and more types of yogurt, but overall it was good.

Everything was good. One minor detail is that although the room was clean, the floor's tiles can give the impression that there can be dust in there.

I recently stayed at Casa M Tuscany in Chianciano Terme, and it was a delightful experience overall. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, with cleanliness clearly being a top priority. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to different tastes, and the attentive staff ensured that every need was met with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, Casa M Tuscany is a charming hotel that I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. The warmth of the staff, the comfort of the accommodations, and the serene pool make it a great choice for a Tuscan getaway.

The only minor downside was the absence of a mini-fridge in the room, which would have been convenient for storing cold drinks and snacks. However, this was a small issue in what was otherwise a wonderful stay.
