Clean and comfortable. Air con was great on a very hot. We only stayed one night as we drive through on a road trip. Close walking proximity to town centre with a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Friendly staff.

Not really an issue for us but the bathroom facilities are split between two rooms with the kitchenette in the middle. It’s clearly just the building layout itself.

The bed was very comfortable, clean, as was the room . The location was walking distance into the town and Murray River. I prefer to be able to have fresh air from an open window, which was not available, so i needed to run the aircon, which was not preferable. No breakfast, coffee tea only. But all in all i will stay here again as the accomadation is clean for the price and location. It is what you pay for. Simple , comfortable, clean.

Booked two bedrooms apartment. Actually, the main bedroom with a king-size bed is a part of the open living-dining area, and 1 separate bedroom has two beds. Clean and tidy, cosy, spacious. 5 min walking from the city centre. Will be happy to return.

Non slip mat for the shower

We have stayed here before and this room was slightly bigger and downstairs. Very spacious room with a sofa and sitting area. Bed comfortable and shower hot. Milk , tea and coffee supplies generous. Excellent food at club across the road.

Fan in the bathroom was very noisy and automatically comes on when you turn on the light. More aware of traffic noise in this room compared to the position of the room we stayed in last time. Could only open the bathroom window so had to have the air conditioner on.

Good location, RSL straight across the road, supermarkets etc 2 minutes walk and the pedestrian-friendly dining precinct about 5 minutes walk. An easy stroll to the river-front parks. Friendly owners, assigned carpark.

A slightly older motel, but commensurate with the good value pricing.

The room had been recently refurbished. The quality of the fittings was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the linen - sheets and towels superb. The bathroom was very well fitted out, and the shower excellent. The reception manager was charming and very helpful. Great, central location.

Great location. It is an older style motel but was very clean and a good-sized room. Big shower/bathroom area and well equipped with microwave and crockery. Comfortable bed. Very good value for money.

Property is basic but all we needed. Priced right. Property manager welcoming. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. Park in front of unit.

Kettle didn't work, needed a replacement Reception assumed I had a dog in my room, not the case. Minimal bathroom extras (certainly not enough for 2 people) glad I travelled solo!! Room service trying to access my room whilst I was still inside!!
