Beautiful, spacious, and clean rooms, a cozy small hotel with a limited number of rooms, a very beautiful pool, a sauna, and a lovely interior. Great location, close to the springs and right on the main street.

The breakfast was rather limited. It included an omelet, several types of cereal and muesli, a few kinds of cheese, and some cold cuts. It would be nice to have more fruits, vegetables, and egg-based dishes. We also had an issue with parking. When we arrived for check-in, spots 67 and 66 were occupied, and cars remained there until the evening, even though it was stated that these spots were intended for quick check-in and check-out. We called the reception, but the lady said she couldn’t help us. We had to park in any available spot and leave a note saying, “If our car is in your way, please call us.” Fortunately, we were able to unload quickly, check in, and move the car to the nearest available paid parking spot.

Everything ! Staff were fabulous . We were cycling and arrived very wet and cold . The lady on reception was lovely and showed us where to store our bikes . Our room was beautiful, high up with a view of Main Street but no noise as so high up ! We went for a very welcomed swim and sauna in the lovely spa which was just what we needed after a hard cycle in mountains in rain . Hotel was at the top of the town close to the famous Hotel Pupp . Ideal place for walking everywhere in Karlsbad . I had a massage from Nikki and it was probably the best I have ever had . Breakfast was excellent .

A standard double room with the city view is very light and spacious, the bed is comfy and everything including the bathroom was very clean. We only stayed one night and didn't have a lot of communication, but the staff was overall very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is a very standard continental buffet, nothing extra and we wish it had more variety, but still, everything was quite tasty. What I'd like to add is that although the hotel is located on a very lively central street, once the windows are closed you cannot hear anything from the outside, the sound isolation is perfect!

Coffee at the breakfast is not the best, they do have a machine but it is an instant coffee like nescafe which is undrinkable for those who are used to the taste of real brewed coffee.

The location is excellent as well as the food and the interior. The swimming pool is also very nice.

The organization of the staff could be better. The person who goes out of his way to make the visit smooth is Sergei. and we are very grateful to him. However, the organization is by no means excellent. I had a print-out from Booking that I will be given a room with a balocony-I was not. The receptionist promised that the next day the issue would be resolved-it wasn't. On the day before our departure I asked for a picnic breakfast as we were leaving early to catch the plane- we were not given anything apart from a cup of coffee.

- The location was stunning and well situated. - The facilities were excellently maintained and luxurious. - The room was as advertised and was extremely large and comfortable. - The breakfast was good with a wide offering. - The pool and spa was excellent. - We booked a massage and it too was fantastic. - The staff were well informed, spoke English fluently and very friendly. - This hotel really went above and beyond, providing little extra touches to make your stay feel luxurious and special!

- Not enough space to hang your towels and swimsuit.

Beautiful, well maintained small hotel in the center of Karlovy Vary. Excellent breakfast in the morning with something for everyone — from juices, yogurt and fresh fruit to eggs and sausages, assortment of breads, and pastries. Rooms were very large and well equipped as was bathroom. Black-out curtains made sleeping easy. Very quiet. Nice spa (pool, steam room, and sauna) and a fabulous facial. Massage next time! Recommended restaurants to us when asked. Those we tried were very good.

Lumpy pillow. Need to let visitors know that they need cash or to pay via QR code for spa services.

The rooms were as they appeared on the website. Modern, well decorated, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good the lady who was on duty on the Saturday morning - was fantastic as was the breakfast cook who also assisted with front of house duties. The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant. The lady on front desk over the weekend was initially unfriendly however she warmed to us and become very helpful. We really enjoyed the hotels location, we did not have a car so appreciated the location surrounded by cafes & bars. Easy access to the town and walking tracks. We enjoyed the Hotels facilities and the modern decor. We will continue to highly recommend Hotel Corso.

The gentleman on duty at the front desk in the evenings was not so pleasant & really did not want to communicate with us at all. Breakfast service during the weekdays was non existent- the young girl seemed a bit spaced out to us with no attention to detail at all. This was a shame as the rest of the team worked hard to provide a higher level of service.

The place is amazing. The reception staff is very friendly, always at your service. The building is very beautiful, clean with a nice design. The room immediately impressed us with its beauty. Everything was clean and cozy. The space is really big and more than enough for two people. A beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. Details like tea, coffee or water are very nice. The location, in our opinion, was also perfect. There are many cozy cafes around with breakfasts and dinners, bakeries and, of course, the famous mineral springs, all within walking distance! At the same time, the rooms are very quiet and calm. The hotel has a spa with a sauna and a pool. It is also very cozy there, but perhaps more sun loungers could have been placed, since at the time of our arrival there were none free. However, this didn’t really stop us. We also used the beauty salon services and it was great! The breakfast was also wonderful! A large selection of everything for different tastes: pastries, cold meats and cheeses, warm dishes like sausages, vegetables and eggs, as well as snacks, fresh vegetables, breakfast cereals, fruits and a large selection of drinks. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our stay here and will definitely return as soon as possible! We highly recommend it!

The only thing worth paying attention to is that the sauna is quite small and during our stay, one guest lay down on the bottom shelf blocking it all. It seems unacceptable as some of the guests were unable to enjoy it because of this lady. I think a simple posting of the sauna rules could have solved this situation.

The room was exceptional - very well decorated, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good - 2/3 egg options (plus a hidden omelette menu on top of the juice machine), french toast, fruit, patisseries, cereal. Enough for vegetarians. The sauna area was very well-maintained and well-decorated - one 6 person sauna, one steam room, swimming pool (with massage jets if you find the hidden buttons), relaxation area with 4 loungers. The bathrobes were comfortable, the staff were very friendly (German is the preferred language after Czech), and the location is incredible - right on the river so you are in the heart of Karlovy Vary.

Parking options were a big minus - there was limited information - the hotel needs to make absolutely clear that there is no on-site parking available (not just "limited"). The wellness area needs more loungers, and to add a third option for guests like a herbal sauna The hamam was closed, there was never anyone at the wellness desk to replace towels or to ask questions Breakfast could be made better with more vegan and vegetarian options like some interesting spreads: beetroot/avocado etc. and more hot options Coffee was middling at best I would have liked more information sheets to be available explaining what is available (like the hidden jet options in the swimming pool - why isn't there a sign?) Bathroom in the room was a bit small

Stylish, new

The toilet brush was not clean, when I used it I got to see a lot of things on this coming from it (Assume leftover from the previous guest?). Don’t get how the cleaning lady could not check it and washed it out properly… Another disappointing thing was that the hot water was switched off for the entire day from 7-23:00, at least we got a 40% discount for this booking, but I think the Hotel should have notify the guests prior to the arrival, as some guests would have be dissatisfied
