The hotel staff, receptionist especially was friendly and helpful. The room was huge, aircond was great, water heater did its job well and the hair dryer was available. Towels were clean and fluffy. Sheets etc were crispy clean. I chose this hotel because although they didn't serve breakfast, there is a kopitiam restaurant just across that serves good local coffee and meal, 99speedmart is just down the road and of course, marrybrown. As it located in the city centre, it is near other eateries, mamak and the food area near the bus stop is worth a stop. Not the best but nice, peaceful and definitely not heavy on the pocket. Oh they do have a communal fridge which works out pretty well.

I can't think of any. It's not something that can be changed but good to have a heads up, this is a walk up hotel. Just so you know.

1. There is a LOT OF SMALL COACROACHES wandering around the room 2. There is no lift to access to higher floor. So you may need to reconsider your booking if you have an elderly/OKU people travelling with you

Mainly because there’s a restaurant just down below and a mart nearby. Parking is easy as well if you are driving. The staffs are very helpful. Room size is quite spacious for the price you pay. Very clean & comfortable. For work purposes to stay the night it’s good enough.

It’s not about not liking. Just a heads up that the hotel doesn’t have lifts so you will have to climb the stairs. As well the floors in the room is not carpeted and instead it’s tiles which is fine by me.

The room is very spacious for me and my 3 children. The air-conditioning system is really good and made it a super-comfy stay. Staffs were kind and helpful. We asked for an extra pillow and managed to get it with no questions asked. We also managed to get the kettle replaced as the one we had in the room was not functioning.

TV reception is bad and we could not watch anything during the 2-night stay.

very clean, looks like a new furbished room. the location is really strategic, walking distance to Wetex Mall. The parking is not too far from the hotel. there is convenient store nearby. Coway is available. Even though there is no window in my room, the room felt comfy and spacious.

We stayed here for a short trip. The hotel was easy to find, ample free parking, kopitiam (good food) & speedmart just same row. Hotel provided good WiFi, water filter & ironing stations at the common area. Overall pleasant stay.

I have the pleasure of dealing with a staff at the reception named Ms. Fatin Najiha. She is very courteous and professional. She listens politely and attends to my requests. She is friendly, caring and creates a very positive impression of Elite Hotel. I give Ms. Fatin Najiha 5 Stars for her service. Another staff that I meet is KD. He is very helpful and acts very promptly to assist. These people make my stay pleasant and memorable.

The hotel has two floors. It could be good if there is a lift. This comes really helpful if you have to lug heavy baggage up the stairs.

Location. Hotel is located in a not so busy area but near enough to eating places in town. Have shops, pharmacy, kopitiam nearby

No lift. Have to walk up to 2nd floor. A bit difficult for elderly. The layout of one of the room is a odd. The room is very big. But the double bed is placed near the outer part of the room with the bed facing the entrance. The inner part of the room is empty and it feels a bit odd like in an empty warehouse. No warm and cosy feel. Note : The other twin room is OK except there is no window

- room and bathroom were clean - towels are provided

- prayer mat (for Muslims) was too old. need to change to a new one - toilet bowl needs to be cleaned wholely, inside and out - pillows were thin. it's better if 2 pillows are provided, and - room 207's shower head is loose and can't be fixed
