Hot tub was a great size and not tiny, which was nice. Pool & hot tub were very clean! The room was good & staff were kind. Location was great & close to other places we visited. It's right by the West entrance to Yellowstone. The Grizzly & Wolf Discovery center across the street was wonderful & a must-see! Enjoyed a movie at the IMAX theater across the street too.
Price was a lot more than I'm used to paying per night for a hotel room, but seems comparable to others in the area & driving around the small town they might be the best in the area. Breakfast wasn't great, but had good variety & staff kept up with the large volume of patrons.

Close to Yellowstone, close to town, lots of places to eat, they did cookies and cook your own s’mores at night. Evening staff friendly,
They ran out of breakfast all the time. Didn’t cook enough warm food eg eggs & sausage .ran out of fruit - when asked about fruit was told waiting for delivery. When asked if they were bringing out more cooked breakfast they said it would take 15 more minutes to cook more food - in which time 30 more people had come for breakfast and had to do without. We arrived one day at 9.10 ( breakfast finished at 9.30) asked about cooked food to be told ovens turned off at 9.00 (told with a smile on their face !!) so no cooked food after 9 that’s as well as running out all the time :( ( morning staff very young ! One young man very helpful - girls not bothered ! Not enough seating at breakfast. Evening lady on reception very good.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel shows great attention to detail — a computer with printer was available, the breakfast was generous and frequently replenished, and the beds were very comfortable. Extra amenities like the pool, laundry room, indoor and outdoor parking, and even a cozy outdoor fire pit really added to the experience. There is even a travel guide for Yellowstone Park. The evening receptionist was particularly kind and helpful. The location is excellent too, just minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone.
We did notice a few cleanliness issues. The room had a slight odor, likely due to being pet-friendly, and there were some pet hairs in the bathroom — even after it had been cleaned. We also had a couple of small technical issues (such as the TV not working), but those were promptly resolved when we reported them in the evening, which we really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I accidentally left some medication behind the sink, and it was gone after the room had been cleaned. I mentioned this at check-out the next morning, but unfortunately never received any follow-up. While I understand the medication may simply not have been found, it would have been nice to get a brief response or update.

It was comfortable and the location was great.
I was charged a surprise resort fee of $30 after the room had been prepaid on Booking.

The location was awesome, close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. West Yellowstone offered many eating options and cute tourist shops. The room was excellent, very roomy and offered all the necessities.
The only complaint I would offer was the continental breakfast. It did offer the normal cold cereals, fruit, toast, bagels and muffins but lacked sufficient hot options such as eggs, sausage/or bacon, and some type of potato offering only the egg roll ups. The juice and coffee machines could have been maintained a little closer to ensure they didn't run out. The juice machine was mixed with too much water making for a very weak juice but the coffee was nice and strong. Also the layout of the breakfast area was confusing not knowing where to start or finish this left people going in all different directions. A sign noting the beginning of the buffet is all that was needed. Having the plates/utensils at the beginning of the line would also help people recognize the flow.

This property is in a FANTASTIC location. Across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center and about half a mile to the West Entrance on YNP. My daughter and I visited with her 3 kids. The beds are comfy, each Queen bed came with 2 firm and 2 soft pillows, so you could choose. The roll a way bed they brought was just as well appointed. Very nice that they have coffee, cocoa, hot water, milk and juice available all the time. If you want a Luxury Hotel, this is not the place. If you want a clean, comfortable, family friendly hotel at a reasonable price, this is IT!
The opportunity to take the kids to the evening fire (complete with supplied S’mores kit for each person) and listen to the wolves howling was FANTASTIC! Laundry on site. It’s FREE! Just bring your own detergent. This is INVALUABLE if you’re traveling with kids. I LOVE that there is covered parking. We returned back each evening after dark and it was SO great to have a lighted, heated garage! My only complaint is that the spaces are tight, but then, I was driving a full size Yukon XL. The breakfast buffet was pretty carb heavy, but they do have hard boiled eggs available.

The breakfast was so so. My granddaughter loved the pool. We loved the location. Walked everywhere we went. The main reason we went was so my granddaughter could go to the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. Our hotel was right across the street and we even heard the wolves howl one night.
Parking could have been a problem but we were fortunate and were able to park on the side of the hotel by the side door.

Decent breakfast but a bit heavy on the starches. The room was quite spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice bonuses of ice cream, indoor pool/spa, s'mores in the evening (didn't take advantage of those but they were a nice touch). The location a few hundred yards from the Yosemite entrance was great.
It's pretty big, not "cozy" and cute. But things seemed to run smoothly.

Location was good. Facilities are older but reasonably maintained. Bed was comfortable. Lighting in the room could be improved some. Front desk clerk was helpful and informative but was robotic in responses, however his information was spot on. His recommendation for a good steak was perfect.
The elevators are at opposite ends of the building which makes for an extremely long walk to your room. Elevator closest to our room was at front of building parking was in the rear. So one way or another you were going to walk a long was. Hotel has approximately 41 rooms per floor so building is long.

- Location is great, very close to the West entrance of the park and close to many restaurants and shops. - Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. - Breakfast was pretty decent. Compliments for the man who took care of the breakfast every day! - Free ice cream during 4.00 to 6.00 and free smore kits from 5.00 (if I remember it correctly) which was a great plus!!
- Cleanliness throughout the hotel could be better. Not just the room, but also the swimming pool, fitness and stairs. - Room was quite noisy, we could hear our neighbours and people in the hallway.
