I have stayed at this location a number of times for work. I am familiar with the area which made this very convenient for my personal trip. The location is very good, close to restaurants and shops with easy access to the train station.

No outlet in the bath room for Hair dryer, flat iron etc. for my wife. The Hair dryer provided only worked intermittently. The entire facility had switched over to heat for the winter season so we need to keep our windows open to keep the room cool.

They are not flexible about check in. Not even 5 min before 3 pm And the concierge put me in a smaller and different room than I had paid ( a duplex) after confirming the booking.com . The duplex was good but much smaller than looked in the pics. The kitchen appliances & utensils were very limited, less than basic.

Basic but Comfortable for a Quick Stay The room is modest but clean making it suitable for a short stay on the way to another destination. There is a small kitchenette with basic equipment sufficient for preparing meals if needed. Private parking is available right next to the hotel.

The property was great!We enjoyed our stay, were lucky with early check-in and room upgrade, staff was awesome. Our room was giant, had everything we needed. The bath was such a luxury after a long day of walking in winter.

Housekeeping could have been better and more frequent.

To hotel was fine, not too pricy for what they offer and the location is really good if you want to walk around the city.

I arrive at the hotel pretty late (22:00) and I could not use the parking facilities, so I was a little disappointed since it said parking free available in the offer.

the room was very good, bathroom, kitchen with almost everything needed to cook. Nice air conditioning, the room has a window in the roof, nice remote to operate it.

To clean your room you have to pay at least 15 euros.

The hotel was in a perfect location and staff was very accommodating to let us check in an hour early. The rooms were pretty - great view and very high ceiling.

The bedroom was very tiny, not much room to put stuff.

Wonderful location fronting onto one of Grenoble’s lovely green spaces, overlooked by the mountains and close to the river, with shops and eateries just around the corner. Great choice for dog owners like us. Apartment was huge and comfortable too

It’s the only Residhome we’ve stayed in so far to ask a deposit (€200) for our dogs 😢

Great value, good space and facilities, amazing reception team. Easy secure parking under hotel for a discounted rate. Clean and comfortable. Fabulous mountain views, but then it's hard to avoid mountain views in Grenoble!

Nothing really. A bit too hot and didn't seem to be able to turn the heating down. Opened the windows, no problem, but feels a bit wasteful!

I have no words to express how happy and satisfied I am with this hotel. We booked through booking.com half hour before arrival. Something went wrong, because when we arrived, they still didn’t have our booking, but that didn’t stop them from helping us. They gave us an even better room than the one we had booked, because it was late and they noticed that we were tired, and asked us to come in the morning to talk to them. Great room, amazing bed and pillows. Morning arrived, we went to talk to them and they said that everything was ok, and we didn’t have to pay for the upgrade. We are very grateful and highly recommend this hotel.
