The garden is good and quiet place, where you can spend some time after a whole day of tours! Staffs were good and well behaved. Room cleaning happened everyday. Metro station is just 7mins walk from the hotel. Lots of eateries around.

Takes around 40-50 minutes to reach the main spots to see in Paris. Although the metro stops are just 7mins walk from the hotel. Rooms were not soundproof, and I can hear everything from next room and I guess they did too!

The Hotel was relatively close to the Metro. Several middle value restaurants in the area. The breakfasts here were good. Being an elderly group, the spiral stairs to our 2nd floor suite was a bit of a challenge. Like all hotels, the staff can make or break your stay. The staff in this Hotel were nothing short of exceptional. Simply, nothing was too much for them to help us with. The photo's taken inside the courtyard and rooms are accurate. Yes, for a 3 star hotel in Paris, we would definitely recommend the Le Patio Bastille.

The streets outside and some of the people in this area looked a bit dodgy. The spiral staircase to our suite for elderly guests wasn't easy.

The room was excellent. Plenty of room, private bathroom and the kitchenette was a real bonus which we used a lot while staying. The beds were comfortable and the water in the shower was hot. As we were 2 friends travelling together it was wonderful to be able to have twin beds. Your staff were absolutely amazing and are a great asset to you. They were always so helpful and went of their way to assist us, particularly your reception staff. Your cleaners must be good, as we had not fault to find there. The kitchen staff were good in what was, at times, a very cramped working environment. Your location is absolutely fabulous - so close to convenience stores, supermarkets and the train services. So easy to get where we wanted to go in Paris and Nations Terminal has lifts! What a bonus for travellers! We visited Disneyland, Versailles and went into the Louvre without any difficulty at all. We loved the little area you have in the garden for smokers. Even though neither of us smoke, it was a wonderful spot on a nice evening for a drink and some snacks. We will definitely stay again if visiting Paris.

The dining room was crowded and difficult to move around in at times and the coffee machines kept your staff busy, as most people wanted a coffee or a hot chocolate. Hot pancakes would have been nice and perhaps a different type of cereal, but the breads and cheese were excellent. Some soft boiled eggs would have also been nice, but we certainly did not go hungry and the dining room staff were lovely.

The hotel staff members were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and concerns. The hotel room clean however the bathroom was small and had no vent. Hotel has underground parking, which was very narrow and $$. The patio area looks just as it did online and it was the perfect spot to read during our downtime.

The room was smaller than I had anticipated. The lift was a tight fit with baggage and we were on the 6th floor. The beds could have been more comfortable but for our stay it worked out.

The size of the room is huge (maybe because it was a family room, but we were just two of us there), the facilities, the cleanliness, all renovated' the breakfast is very good in the weekend. Small kitchenette is definitely is a nice plus )

Our room was on the ground floor and one night it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. Also, the breakfast during the week days was supposed to be until 10 a.m., but when we came at 9:30 many things we over and we we told by staff that they were not going to refill it (((

The hotel is good. Nice breakfast for Paris and friendly staff. Reception is always ready to help if needed. The room is indeed equipped with an electric kettle, microwave oven, electric hob and a set of dishes. There is always hot and cold water in the water pipes. Our room had a bath. The hotel is quite cosy. There are many small restaurants and pizzerias nearby.

The hotel is well located for walking to the metro station. From the lobby you have to go down (and when you go back up - climb) a staircase of 8-10 steps, which is also very inconvenient for the elderly and disabled (no special electric lift for this ladder). In December the bathroom is very cold, there is no heater.

The hotel is located in a good area, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer, refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, and more. There is a large Auchan supermarket nearby. Housekeeping was done daily. The street is quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest.

As for minor suggestions, the bathroom shows some signs of use, with a few scratches and small cracks, and it might look even nicer if the pipes under the sink were hidden.

I liked the outdoor spaces when available

the outdoor spaces were not promptly cleaned. There were steps leading from reception to rooms and no offer of assistance with our bags. We are an older couple and would have liked assistance there. The outdoor spaces looked a bit tired, as did the rooms, and nothing like pictures in booking.com. Breakfast was underwhelming, and the staff in the dining room were generally surly.

The atrium in the center was our favorite little spot to go at night. We bought a bottle of wine and just relaxed, surrounded by jasmine and lovely greenery! Luckily, the front desk had a corkscrew & the sweet young man got us glasses from the breakfast area to accompany it. Breakfast each morning was tasty and had some different items each day. Our windows were easy to open for the cool breeze, the linens were soft and the staff was a delight and very helpful when we needed odd things.

Nothing!! Everything was great!
