The room appeared clean but the bathroom smelled strongly of urine!!! They didn't have another comparable room for us. The hotel receptionist was very nice. I asked for bleach to scrub the bathroom floor and toiletr, but she couldn't find any. She did give me Fabreeze to spray the room with. It was a handicap room, so I was able to spray HOT water over the floor, which did help slightly. My husband refused to use the shower. We had to keep the door to the bathroom closed to even be able to get some sleep. The manager was not there when we checked, but he did call me later that morning. Since I booked with a 3rd part, he was not able to adjust the price but did give me extra HI points and said he would address the room before they rented it again. He seemed truly concerned. The smell of the room was disgusting.

Very clean and nicely decorated facilities and rooms. The patio area was really nice because it had lots of seats, space, and new furniture. The pool looked like lots of fun, and it was great that they had free pool toys for the kids to use. Breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh options and friendly staff. Check in and out were a breeze. Front desk staff was friendly and prompt. The elevator was quick and smooth. The beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hot water was plentiful. The area is great with lots of stores, restaurants, and very easy access.

One of our light bulbs was burnt out. More towels to begin with would have been great. I miss bar soap. The breakfast area floor was sticky. TV remote only worked from 3 feet away. It was expensive.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating from the moment I booked. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms with a nice view of the trees. Bed was comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

Slow elevator. Gym room needs to have sanitizer for equipment use. Rude neighbor that would let the door slam at 4 am. Overall very quiet. Not the hotels fault. But maybe the doors could have some kinda stopper to slow it down, they slammed loud, or a copy on being a respectful neighbor. 🙄 Miner things. Overall a great hotel!

The hotel is very nicely decorated and generally very clean. The breakfast is excellent, as are the two ladies who man the breakfast area, Kiddy and Stephanie.

One of us has a sensitivity to dust mites and the first room to which we were assigned smelled of them. The staff had no problem giving us a different room, which was actually an upgrade. It was better but still had a slight dust mites odor. We have stayed at this hotel a few times and have not had this problem before.

The location it was extremely clean and the staff at the front desk were very accommodating. Decent breakfast as well.

There was seriously nothing I did not like about the property. It was a good property and served me well.

Clean and comfertable. Honest review of the hotel. I enjoyed the short stay we had. We were just passing through and needed a bed to sleep in. If I needed the room for more nights I would of had no problem booking the room again. Oh for those animal lovers out there, they have a resident cat that hangs out outside and greets you through the window during your breakfast, I thought that was cute!

Cleanliness, and if you need, I had while their staff took care of the few needs. I had, I absolutely loved the couch that was out front as well as outback very comfortable and clean.

Having to wait at the front desk to be greeted by staff. To have someone offer to help with my luggage.

Hotel very clean.We are Animal lovers and I really liked, they had a small Station outside with food and water for Dogs and Cats.Breakfast very good.

I can nothing say is a really small nice Hotel.

Breakfast choices were varied and good. Very clean facility.

Room was very dark. We had a room with a tub/shower, the tub had nothing on the bottom to prevent slipping.

We had two separate rooms and both exceeded our expectations.

Never let them put you on first floor next to 24 hour gym. Didn’t goto sleep until after 2 o’clock. Called front desk but she never bothered to come down and ask them to quite down or at least get out of the halls.
