Clean, modern apartments overlooking the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us to book taxis and recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat in. Apartment was quiet considering we were on the first floor and above a bar/restaurant. Beach umbrellas and towels were provided which was a nice touch. Couldn't get better in terms of location as it's essentially on the beach while also being a short walk to bars and restaurants in the old town as well as along the beach front.

I had booked the apartment months in advance and had requested a room on a higher floor so as to have a nicer view of the beach - The trip was booked for a special occasion. Had been emailing staff about our stay and made the same request again. Also made the request while checking in...but still ended up in an apartment on the first floor which didn't have the beach view I'd hoped for due to being close to ground level and there were trees outside. I understand that this was as a result of which rooms were available when checking in, but as I had booked and repeatedly requested this months prior to our stay, I feel my request could have been honoured.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apart-hotel perfectly located right on the beach and in the heart of Benidorm’s charming old town. The apartment had a breathtaking sea view and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the daily beach towel service. The beach is literally steps away, which made our mornings extra special. Just a heads-up: the hotel is in a restricted area, so car access is limited to unloading only. They do offer a few parking spots at a nearby garage, but you’ll need to reserve in advance. Also, guests from outside aren’t allowed in, which helps keep things quiet and safe. The only downside was that the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear some noise from neighboring rooms. But overall, it didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again!

The noise in the streets below did carry to the apartment Air con was basic Liquid hand soap in bathroom rather than small bar of soap Although towels changed daily apt not cleaned or beds changed

It was very clean. It was near everything. The hotel had additional extras like the sun and rain umbrellas. Also it was very secure room number and card checked every night on return.

The noise at night from the younger ones sometimes until 4-5am. I understand the location however the bedroom window could be secondary glazed to stop this. Also we booked parking and it wasn’t explained that the ‘private parking’ paid in cash at another location 700ms away was the same as checkout time despite paying for 4 full days (96) when we left we only had 84 hours as told we needed to leave by 11am. Another customer was waiting for the parking space which meant 12 hours if the day had been paid for twice. The gentleman did help us in finding other parking but it really needed an explanation on booking.

The entire apartment exactly matched up to its description. Extremely clean upon arrival and kept clean during stay with the cleaners. Double bed made up as requested. This was really comfortable, too. Even though we were overlooking the old town, we could not hear any outside noise and slept very well through our week. The apartment is located perfectly for access to the beach and access to the old town amenities. Not too far to walk for the new town night life. Overall, we would highly recommend Don Cesar Boutique and will definitely rebook in the future.

Nothing to dislike

Great location on beach. Stayed in 1 bedroom seaview apartment on 1st floor. Nice and quiet and bedroom was at back. Loved that there was a window with privacy film in bedroom that opened out to atrium if you want fresh air at night. There's a British plug socket in bathroom for hairdryer/straighteners. Though their own hairdryer actually looks better quality than most accommodations. Tv , if you wanted to connect to your netflix. Staff are all very nice. Towels replaced daily and bins emptied daily. Beds were changed once in 1 week stay. Nice and spacious and fantastic shower.

Loved the place. If being picky would have liked an actual duvet cover rather than the duvet with sheets wrapped around it then it stays in place, but that's only cause I could never get the bed made right 😂!

Emma who checked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable. Always smiling and ensuring we had everything we needed. Richard was also very quick to respond to my questions before we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped, very clean. Little extras like towels and sun umbrellas for the beach are a very nice touch.

The only problem for us was the noise. However this is not something you could control as it was from people outside the apartments. we understood there maybe some noise as we were in Benidorm. If we could get a quieter apartment that would have been perfect.

Couldn't fault the location, the room was very comfortable great sea view, two televisions with Netflix a great touch.

The vehicle access to the hotel and having to drive to the parking location. This is due to the city of Benidorm and has no reflection on the hotel. I found it strange that you had to buy water, milk etc which was available from a vending machine on ground floor, having done this there was no sugar available! The coffee pods supplied were expresso (ergo the need for sugar). A little more needed for short term stays. Having said this I would return armed with my own tea/coffee etc.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Right at the beach and on the edge of the old town. Super friendly and helpful staff. It’s a really nice place both quiet and comfortable.

The bedroom was warm at night and the air conditioning was not active in cooling mode. We were told this was the mode they use for winter /spring. The reception team gave us a fan which really helped. The internet was not working and it was not until we were leaving that we were told it was due to the telephone company.

the location was excellent, right on the beach and the view from the balcony was exceptional. Located in the old town with so much to do, so many bars and restaurants in easy reach and easy to walk along the promenade to everywhere. Apartment was lovely, the bed was massive and so comfy. It was clean and had everything you needed. reception staff were very nice and beach towels were available if needed. There were also umbrellas beach and rainy and other beach bits. we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend to anyone. we would definitely come back again
