This is our second time here and we chose half board. The hotel is located in a quiet area, has a large swimming pool and sunbeds in the shade and by the pool and under the trees in the garden. We received an upgrade to the accommodation and had a room with a sea view. The breakfast is very good and varied (except for the coffee), and the cava at breakfast is a big plus. The dinner is very varied and every evening there was from fish to beef, lamb, pork, chicken, all very well cooked - congratulations to the chefs.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable, spacious and clean. Great pool with extra sunbeds in the "forest" area, which was welcomed shade in the heat. The hotel had a very relaxed, chill vibe which was exactly what we were looking for. The marina is only a 15-20 minute stroll away, with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

My only dislike was the shower in the pool toilets, which we had to use because of not acquiring a late check out and spending all day at the pool before our flight home. They were extremely clean, but there was no light inside and the glass doors were not frosted, so whomever walked in would get an eye full.

The location is perfect, being close to beaches and town. Adults only ensures a relaxed feel to the hotel. Breakfast options are fantastic and the bar prices are very good. This was our second time at the hotel and we love it, staff are amazing and everywhere is kept immaculately clean.

Staff are friendly but it appears the main bar area is very understaffed and overwhelmed... And it's not even that busy. Curtains in the room do not keep out the early morning light. My biggest criticism however is the noise. There is ZERO noise insulation in the rooms. We hear everything from next door and in the hallways from late at night and early morning. For a 4 star hotel, that is unacceptable.

Great location, within walking distance into the main part of Santa Eularia. We stayed here 2 nights after being in San Antonio. Was more our vibe in terms of a more chilled and non-party location. Room was very clean. Breakfast had a really good selection each morning. Could still get a sun bed by the pool late morning which meant you didn’t feel pressured to get out there early. Great pool and nice terrace area with extra seats and sunbeds. The hotel has a small library room with a selection of books to borrow in various languages. I thought that was a lovely touch.

There was a mix up on check in when the receptionist didn’t think we had breakfast included even though I was showing it on the booking confirmation. It felt they were slightly reluctant to give it to us and needed to be absolutely sure, which ofcourse took some time for them to figure out what the problem was. Paying extra to use the safety deposit box and beach towels seemed disappointing when you take into account the price of the place per night.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The hotel seems to attract a slightly older clientele, which contributes to the calm and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were clean and nicely maintained. The decor might feel a bit old-fashioned to some, but everything was tidy and well cared for. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was also a highlight — tasty, fresh, and with a good variety of options. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in a great location They also have parking, so it was also big plus!

The housekeeping team deserves special praise—every corner of the room was spotless, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom gleamed with attention to detail. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and it made my stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Dining was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with fresh, flavourful dishes, and the breakfast buffet was generous and well-curated. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated. However, was a room for disable... VIP customer service: From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making check-in seamless and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that cater to both leisure and business travellers. The spa and wellness centre was a standout, immaculately clean, tranquil, and staffed by skilled professionals Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

Room & Comfort The bed was decent, although I’ve experienced more comfortable ones elsewhere. We were unexpectedly assigned a disabled-access room, despite not having requested one and generally preferring a standard layout. The balcony view was underwhelming and didn’t quite match our expectations. Dining Experience: Dinner was pleasant overall, but the dessert selection felt quite limited and lacked a touch of finesse. At breakfast, there was a noticeable queue for eggs as only one staff member was preparing fried eggs and omelettes, which led to delays.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and a lovely wooded area regularly used by people. We couldn't fault the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was nice with the usual variety. We ate out so can't comment on the dinner.

Pool area excellent. No problem getting a poolside bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast. Bar reasonably priced. Walk into town became a bit tedious but is easily accessible. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Booking.com response to my query re tourist tax very poor and unhelpful. Fobbed off with 'speak to hotel'. Customer Service exceptionally poor. Haven't even bothered to reply to my last correspondence. Must reiterate problem was with Booking.com, not the hotel.
