Clean, polite & helpful staff, free laundry, free lending locker for games, small appliances, & more, game room is awesome & gym is nice! The room has everything you need & the kitchen space is great!

My only complaint is that some of the guests simply can’t follow the rules & smoke outside- Front desk took note & handled the situation- the hallway was immediately cleaned & no longer smelled which made it easier to walk the hall. The guests either checked out the next morning or were asked to leave either way we were not ignored & that was the only bother during our stay.

The front desk attendant was very welcoming. I did not get his name, but he called me by name the next time he saw me. I really liked that. The game room, gym, location, safety, and quietness, cleanliness were very nice during my stay. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby. Kroger is right across the street with a gas station. Sam's Club is next door, and Walmart is less than a mile away. I'll stay here every time I visit Bowling Green from now on. The A/C worked great as well.

The shower water pressure was too strong and it felt like needles piercing my skin. The toilet lost flushing power and stopped up on my 4th day. Other than that, I highly recommend Candlewood in Bowling Green, KY. It is the best Candlewood Suites that I've stayed at in years.

We loved that the room included a kitchenette, with just the supplies we needed. We loved that a coffee machine was available that the beans - and that we could get free coffee. Also great: free use of washer and dryer; the drinking fountain that had filtered water. Pleasant and cheerful staff.

Everything was fine!

I am a paraplegic and having a full kitchen to make my own food was great . Also the end of kitchen table i was able to fit under no problem . All the places that say they are wheelchair accessible but this candlewood location really was.

The living area was small but manageable for a wheelchair .

The room was clean and well maintained, it smelled clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was accessible yet quite.

The staff was incredibly friendly but there did not seem to be much communication between departments (front desk and cleaning staff) as we were originally checked into a room that had not been cleaned yet. Also, I didn't know if there was breakfast or not. If it was offered, maybe the front desk staff should have mentioned that.

Convenient location

The room was well used. Big stain on the carpet, and cabinets looked as if they needed a good wipe down. Kitchen area floor had something sticky on the floor that I was able to clean up as well as a mildew smell in our room.

The free soaps, shampoo, and conditioner were all bottles of Dove! I was very pleasantly surprised - I hate the hotel bar soaps. Breakfast had a turkey sausage option which was perfect for someone wanting healthy options. All staff we encountered were very kind and helpful.

The game room was a great is a great perk as well as the borrow cabinet. We didn't use the borrow cabinet since we only stayed one night but it's a great idea!

No complaints

No breakfast; a “store” off the lobby was well-stocked. But we went out and brought food back to the room.

We needed at least one towel rack in the bathroom. (We happened to get a special needs room, which was fine.) [Being there for one night, we didn’t use the “kitchenette” except for the refrigerator.]

We very much like how Candlewood Suites has organized its suites and services.
