The location was perfect! The walk to the closest train station (Nishi-Oi) was less than 5 minutes. Inside of the room was spacious, lots of beds, they were clean and the bathroom had a lot of amenities like tooth brushes, hair dryers, towels and wash cloths, and a washing machine. The beds and futons were soft, clean and comfortable, and the place is non-smoking, which was GOOD!

The check-in email didn’t specify our room number, or at least we didn’t see it. There are 2 floors in this building and we had to input our code into every door on both floors until one popped open.

It was tricky to find the property, and once inside we did not know our room number. This was not very clear in the listing and someone staying in a neighboring room said they had the same problem. Recommend for the hotel to make this clearer in a separate sentence/detail. I would still recommend but would suggest for visitors to ensure they have the room number before arriving. Additionally, the room was very small. A bunk with a twin, but the twin was a trundle that pulled out and meant we could not move around. Just be aware of this.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Tokyo. Kitchen appliances, laundry machine (although it is not a dryer), and cleaning products were available. Very close to the train station, and the station itself is very close to other main ones, like Shinagawa, for example. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around the station. They even provided us with umbrellas to borrow which was very handy during the rainy season.

Definitely too small for 3 people and our luggage. We had to keep very tidy the whole time otherwise we would be uncomfortable as there was no room to walk around. Also, the bathroom door was transparent so even as being family we couldn't use the kitchen if someone was taking a shower if we wanted to keep our privacy. The bed and sofa bed were small for a tall person (181 cm height), and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable as we could feel the structure frame under our body.

The Staff at check in was Very Friendly and Professional, The Room itself is Very well decorated the appliances Provided are Perfect You have Iron and ironing Board you have Washer You have High Quality Furniture and Beautiful Decorations and Lighting, the TV is Sony and Huge Everything in the Place Works Perfectly, there is also a Manual on how to operate All appliances even for the remote controls! There was a lot of attention put into even the small Details, the Air conditioning works Marvelously it’s extra cold when it needs to be, the Place is Extra Clean and organized it Smells Great it is Very Comfortable and Relaxing very Spacious as well I Highly Highly recommend it. Extra attention given to the details Big and Small beautiful Decorations, authentic Furniture, fully stocked Kitchen and laundry room, Huge Sony Television, Air conditioning works Perfectly, the Staff are Very Polite and Professional, extra clean apartment well organized and labeled, easy Garbage disposal, even a Manual with instructions and Translations on how to Operate all Remote controls and Machines. Iron and ironing board Provided I Highly Recommend it and am very Grateful and Thankful

Having contact less and key less access is great, it's clean and well maintained, being able to make basic meals for myself instead of having to rely on restaurants or takeaways made it so much easier for me and the apartment was always lovely and warm

The springs in the mattress were a little uncomfortable after a couple of nights but I put the spare blanket under the sheets to fix the problem. English instructions for the cook top would have been good, but I worked it out.

This a great place to stay for a reasonable price, it was clean, quiet, no complaints!

Took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to get the key to the apartment using the downstairs Ipad. !Therefore, If it's possible to send clearer instructions for the key, that would be great

It is apartment with loft, sleeping area upstairs, downstairs for living room, complete facilities, kitchen, washing machine, microwave, sofa bed, and nearby station and drugstores, and eating place, but we cannot put luggage for extra time when we check out... But we can put anywhere with coin lockers at stations in Japan Dow.. Thank you
