High quality hotel in a good location for travel and easy access to waterfront for walking. Large guestroom with good facilities and extremely clean and fresh. Balcony with opening door for fresh air.

Quite limited western style food. Smoking is permitted in the only bar. A sign in the buffet restaurant next to some bottles of wine said 'Free Drinks Menu'. I was embarrassed when stopped from pouring myself what I understood was a 'free drink' I was told to put it back because it was charged at 2500 yen. I put it down and was then charged 1300 yen for a very small glass of wine.

The room, an executive twin, was so spacious, comfortable, attractive. We really liked the view overlooking the amusement park and the ferris wheel, and our ship that we were to board. The Minato Murai shopping/restaurant area was right out the first floor with our favorite morning cafe, Cafe de Brie. And it was so convenient to catch a train from the Minato Murai station. We had a health problem come up and with the kind assistance from the front desk manager, were able to get help. All of the employees were always helpful, in suggesting restaurants, directions and maps to Kamakura, and catching the limousine bus to the airport. We chose this hotel because our cruise was to start from Yokohama. It's a perfect hotel before the cruise. Recommend it highly!

The only thing that I had a problem with was the lighting in the bathroom - it was not bright enough for me to put on my makeup. Please understand that this is a 71 year old woman, whose eyesight is getting worse with age.

We booked the bay view rooms and were not disappointed. The rooms are spacious and elegantly appointed. Location is perfect for families. Right across the street is the Cosmoworld amusement park with the giant ferris wheel. Next door is Queen's Square shopping mall and exit 5 to Minatomirai station. Approx. 1 block from the Cup Noodle museum, Yokohama Air Cabin. There are lots of shopping centers within a few blocks. Our rooms came with the buffet breakfast and it was delicious. There was a combination of Japanese and western breakfast (cereal, pastries, custom omelets, yogurt, etc) options. There was even a automated pancake machine. The staff were gracious and helpful. We will be staying here again.

There is no coin laundry only laundry service.

Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

We didn't realise we needed breakfast tickets to take with us to the restaurant in the morning, even though we had booked with breakfast included. It meant we had to return to the room to locate them before we could have breakfast. Not an issue, just different from what we are used to.

No food after 9.30, everywhere closed and no room service. Would be good to know this in advance.

We liked the location for easy access to Trains ,Pacifico,The main shopping complex . The breakfast buffet was excellent ,the view from our room was unforgettable and the bed was fantastic . We will definitely be back.

The only thing that we found fault with was the fact that a person to person booking service for the limousine bus service that is in your brochure was none existent, when we asked about booking a pick up from the hotel to Narita airport we were handed a piece of paper with a QR code to book it online . We could not access this as we only had in room internet connection by this time so we ended up getting a taxi to YCAT

View from our room was spectular and the facilities in the room were excellent. Buffet breakfast was outstanding and catered for all tastes. Location excellent, clean and the people were very friendly which made a fitting end to our luxury cruise holiday.

We were utterly disappointed to find out on arrival that the pool and surrounding area were not available due to a maintenance and refurbishment programme which we had not been made aware of.

The views over the bay were just lovely! Our balcony was wonderful to sit on in the evening. The location in Tokyo plaza was perfect for just walking down and hopping on the subway.

For some reason every person with a low IQ and a broken exhaust liked to drive past the building at midnight. Not the fault of the beautiful hotel and we got used to it! Slept great!

Nice location near the Queen building, so if you need a convenient store, get the metro, post office or any sort of food, you don’t need to step out of the hotel. Room was big as i got the executive twin room. Room had a balcony which was super nice. Bathroom had tub and shower with massage jets, which could allow guests to have a private “onsen” experience.

To be honest, i m giving this an 8 because of the expectations. Considering that this is a 5* hotel, i was expecting a bit more. The place is advertised to have a spa/pool and there wasn’t (probably just because there s some works being done atm), I enquired about using the gym at 3pm and being told that it’s only available in the morning, i contacted the hotel via email and i got a “rude” (maybe because of the poor english spoken by the operator) answer about my enquires about the upgrades and no negotiation. Again, this is a “meh” just because it’s a 5* hotel in the marina and it s supposed to be top! I had a pleasant stay but for the money I could have stayed at the adjacent APA for a fraction of the price and probably have a similar experience.

Stellar view of the picturesque waterfront, the Ferris wheel, wonderful way to wake up each day and dreamy at night. Pleasant, thoughtful room design and layout, nice ambience, natural light and good memories of Yokohama Bay. Super convenient! Right after the train ride into Minatomirai, straight to the the hotel in minutes! Best shopping areas, eateries, attractions, views, a pleasant stroll away! The staff is excellent, truly accommodating, from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Well designed, nice feng shui, loved having a little balcony.

The breakfast buffet was good. On the first day we were escorted to the best, most spacious table. On the second and third day we were escorted to a smaller table in a more crowded area. The maitre d directs the staff at the door and designates the table so I felt slightly ostracized. I don’t know how their seating system operates but I did feel there is some sort of discrimination but can’t quite put my finger on it. It’s hard to complain though, too many good things to point out. It was our last stop on a three week stay in Japan and honestly the best service of all the hotels we stayed at.
