We were looking for a quick overnight stop close to the highway, but we have found high-tech comfort in the place. As we arrived late, the self check-in was very convenient and easy. The decoration of the hotel is minimalist modern, which makes the colorful modern art decorations in the lobby and corridors pop out even more. The bed & pillows were super comfortable. Everything is neat and good quality from the bathroom tiles to the coffee glasses. Our booking also included parking in the garage and a nicely equipped kitchenette.

New facility in nice, quiet area. Modern design. Clean. Friendly staff. Spacious bathroom. Easy parking in the basement of the building, accessible with elevator. Small kitchen in the room with with the basic stuff you need. Efficient check-in and check-out process via the phone. Would recommend (despite my negative comments - see below) and would come here again.

Two person room contained only one bar chair (which was solved by the reception staff) and one relaxation chair. Not all kitchen equipment was available for two persons. First time you get to the property it's not very clear where you have to park your car and in which building you apartment is located. In parking garage no clear signs where you have to go to the apartments and where there is an elevator. Skirting board in the room was loose at some places - this should have been fixed.

Absolutely amazing place and always the go to when I am in HZO for work. I love the team, great friendly people who go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Little Store is always good for some great finds (treats, gifts etc). WiFi is strong (which is great for work) and the coffee is on point. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying in HZO or surrounding areas.

Selfishly I would welcome. a small gym - just allows me to keep myself fit and active when I travel. I do manage to go for runs in the surrounding area which is great, but would love a couple of weights to throw around :-) This is naturally a personal preference but if a gym is a non negotiable - then just something to consider. They do have peleton bikes which you can use for cardio which is a great supplement to outdoor running.

The team, the room, the facilities on-site and the breakfast were all GREAT! Super-friendly colleagues and comfortable, well-equipped room.

Although I had checked in online, and the instructions in the email were clear, I had not had a chance to check my email while travelling, so I did not see the key code to open The Base door before I arrived - as it is unmanned, I was a little confused. One of the team came to my rescue, so it was all good, but maybe a notice with some details at the entrance with a hint would avoid confusion for others.

Free parking, new building, all was clean. There was a bed and bowls for our dog, it was really nice.

A little bit complicated check in process, but we called staff at night and they helped us really fast.

Staff run the apartments from the coffee shop a few metres away, so check in was simple, and if like me you wake up way before the rest of the room you can go and get a nice coffee from the friendly staff. Air con worked well and bed was comfortable. Was a little cheaper than the nearby Novena Hotel and I preferred it here.

Studio is great. Comfy bed, great shower and bathroom, lots of wardrobe space, places to work and relax in the room took. Coffee is the store is really good

The virtual check in is ok. I could not find the WiFi code which I needed to use the keys on my phone. Breakfast in the store could have a better offer. Needed milk for tea / coffee as I arrived really late.

The room was really clean. The personal is very nice and cerafuly. A few small, personally addressed notes add value to the experience. Absolutley favorit place!

Friendly super helpful staff in the shop/ cafe. Good selection of bakery goods available for takeaway. Very clean , spacious ,modern room with a comfortable bed. Public areas also spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.
