We stayed here for two nights and really didn’t want to leave. The room had a huge balcony with an amazing view over the lake. We weren’t expecting so much private outdoor space to ourselves. The room was huge, plenty of space and really clean. The staff were always friendly and appeared to love being there. Loved the DJ set on the first night. The cafe/restaurant served a good variety of food and drinks, with an enjoyable terrace space, great vibes and great value good coffee. Great location at the quieter end of the lake easy enough for daytriping to the busier places.

Not even a complaint, but the room was basic. Exactly everything you needed but nothing more - unsurprising with the price I paid.

The hostel is beautifully located directly on the lake, with a great bar/restaurant on the ground floor that looks out onto the beach. The rooms are nice and clean, and towels are provided. Around Domaso all of the essentials are available, and small festivals, are exhibits, and live music happenings are constantly organized throughout the summer. Would highly recommend for a beautiful, relaxing stay on Como!

Do be aware that there is no real kitchen available for use by the guests - a fridge, microwave, and kettle are provided but not much more.

The hostel is really direct by the Como lake. They have a restaurant (also for externals) where you can also get breakfast and other stuff. It was clean, they had all bed sheets and blankets. Internet worked well.

We had one of the ground floor rooms on the back. It was a little loud during the evening from the common areas. It was a pitty that you cannot really cook in this hostel. No real kitchen, only a very small, unwelcominh common room upstairs. There is a table, a microwave, fridge and water boiler, but that's it (see photo). Of course they want you to order their meals...

Easy to find. Check in was smooth. Location by the lake was beautiful. Room was simple, but rather clean. Lots of parking space outside.

Walls very thin, you can hear other guests.

Extremely great place to stay, very nice bar&restaurant directly at the lake. Friendly people, safe place to leave bike or other sports equipment. Nice bathroom accessible directly from sleeping dorm. Fans running to make temperatures acceptable. :-) Enjoyed the place a lot - would come back any time!

No kitchen or fridge, but that's according to the description, and really fair prices for everything in the bar downstairs.

the view was breathtaking and the staffs were very very friendlyyy. it was worth the price and ferry ride from varenna. would recommend to go during summer so you can play the activities there (kayak etc) but winter is also nice since you get to see the snowy mountains. totally recommend the room with lake view. staffs were super super niceee they literally helped us out a lot! a 10/10 experienceee. if i were to pick the best part of my trip to italy, this one would be the one. also there is one halal shop nearby (10 mins walk)

The location, facilities, and stuff are amazing, they are very helpful and always make sure you're comfortable. The location is amazing for a chilling holiday far from the crowd and has all the good scenary you need! and service compares with the price it is really great!

The wifi need to be strengthened, the room especially in the dormitory need to be regularly cleaned, as I stayed for 3 days but no one came for cleaning they just changed the trash and put toilet papers.

Absolutely loved the location! It was the most beautiful place I thought you could be on Lake Como.

As a younger female solo traveller, it’s pretty uncomfortable when you tell the staff about a strange old man taking photos of you and they laugh it off and tell you not to worry and go on with your day. For other female travellers just a little warning and heads up.

It was a very sparse but clean room. I think it could have had a small table or sink shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on. There was a small amount of mold in the shower door track. Staff was friendly and thorough and quick to respond to requests (more TP). The roof top deck was a bonus, although the cushions used didn't seem to be outdoor quality as they seemed to retain a musty smell from slow drying moisture (dew, rain...)

The walls were a little thin and so I felt bad when I blew my nose (I had a bad cold) b/c I think it woke the neighbors. The bathroom smelled, I think from plumbing/poor ventilation.

Right next to a lovely swimming lake, wonderful restaurant/bar and staff were very kind. It had a fridge and a microwave. Dorm room had a fan.

A bit far from sightseeing locations around lake Como (1.5 hours by bus and train), but great if you just want to relax and go swimming. Because it was really hot at times I felt too warm at night. No stove or equipment to cook your own food but the restaurant was really cheap.
