The beachfront rooms have a full kitchen and ocean view. Jetted jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Fireplace in the kitchen (if you want to use it, you'll need to get wood, but there's wood for sale down the street for people camping in the nearby state park.) Note: there are also stand-alone cabins that are near the beach but in the trees, no ocean view. If you want the beach view, stay in the oceanside building. I recommend bringing bicycles to cycle through cranberry fields - just east of the main road.

Really minor point: it's a cute, small unit with no "living room" area. If you use the fireplace, you'll sit at the kitchen table; if you want to watch TV, do it from bed.

Great location with a very nice beach view and a short walk to the water. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. We stayed in the hotel itself - the "beach" cabins are not on the actually beach, they're lining the private road that leads back to where the hotel is so be aware of that when booking.

The only complaint we had is that there was no air conditioning in the room. Luckily all the windows open and there are nice breezes coming off the water, but on a very hot day I could see it being pretty stifling in the rooms. The owners should really consider installing cheap window units for the summer, if they do this place would be absolutely perfect.

Location location location — steps from the beach on an easy path. Beautiful view of beach and water from the balcony and kitchen table. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen clean and equipped with basics as well as towels, paper towels, dish soap.

Jets in jacuzzi tub broken, sprayed water all over bathroom. Need more places to hang up clothing, especially wet coat/rain pants after walking outside in the rain — the only place was 3-4 hooks on the wall right next to the bed, where you wouldn’t want to hang wet clothing. Fireplace issues: On my first night the fire alarm went off in the hallway, and when I evacuated it turned out that people down the hall tried using their fireplace and it set off the alarm. So unfortunately my room was smoky much of the evening and I was reluctant to try using my fireplace.

We loved the privacy and the fact that we could just walk to the beach and kind of just chill. Being able to kind of just explore the area along the beachline and listen to the waves at night was awesome.

Only issue the wife and I had was that the spa tub could not be run after 10 pm. I mean, I get it its loud and may disturb others, but its a place to get away with no kids. My wife and were up later after dinner and all and it just was a bummer that we could not end the days in the spa tub.

Check in and out was super easy and staff was extremely friendly! The little cottages were super cute and cozy! The beds were extremely comfortable! I will definitely go back soon for another stay!

Literally the only complaint I would have if any at all is there were a few mosquitos in the room but I stayed in the cottage closest to the woods and well that's nature and not in their control! We were able to get rid of them right away!

The decor, privacy and all features great. Love the area, rooms clean, well stocked kitchen.

We had to move rooms at 10:00 pm due to upstairs shower leaking into our bathroom. Staff was helpful. Second night young people upstairs from us were partying loudly at midnight to 2 am. We had no way to request help from on site managers. :(

The person behind the counter was friendly and welcoming, the rooms are always clean with a comfy atmosphere, and the Greyland area is beautiful. I've gone here for many years and will continue to go for the foreseeable future.

They made me feel too comfortable and I did not want to leave.

It was a beautiful relaxing place. All amenities included. Beds were very comfortable. A place where u actually spend time with the family no electronics. No cell service.

The traffic thru the cabins to the backside was ridiculous I have little ones and people just fly through there at a ridiculous speed. Also could do a way better mopping job my baby crawled on the floor for about 20 mins and her whole outfit was brown afterwards.

The bed was so amazingly comfortable. Loved the jetted tub. View and easy walk to the beach. Westport has everything you need 10 minutes up the road.

Te location is fantastic. Walk right down to the beach in 5 minutes. It is a very clean place. The staff was all super friendly.

The bright lights outside illuminated the room all night long and the bed was too soft for me.
