I stayed at Bayvue Hotel & Suites by myself and had a truly great experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I really appreciated how relaxing the pool and hot tub were—both were well-maintained and perfect after a day of exploring. The continental breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome as a solo traveler. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. I was even able to watch the 4th of July fireworks clearly from the hotel, which was a special bonus. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ocean Shores, whether you're traveling alone or with others!

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The pool, lobby & hotel overall are extremely clean. Coffee and lemon Water are always available in the lobby. The rooms are larger than all of the other rooms available in that area for our size of group. The breakfast was better than any other complimentary breakfast we had.

We didn't mind too much but the bathroom had no fan and a big hole where it was supposed to be. The baseboards on the bedframes were pretty dinged up. It looks like the hotel is going through upgrades though and it didn't affect our positive experience.

The lobby/buffet areas were nice and clean. Pool was clean and my girls loved swimming there. Beds were comfortable. We had a suit with a separate sitting area which was nice and comfortable and clean. Had some issues but for what we paid it was a comfy room and place to sleep. The free breakfast was really good and had a good amount of options.

Our shower was stuck on shower. Couldn’t push down to run the faucet only which would have been nice for cleaning off after being at the beach. None of the drink vending machines worked. Definitely needs an update in the rooms and some fixing up. The free wifi didn’t work most of the time while we were there which did cause a couple issues. None of those big issues. My main one is we asked for an ocean view and you could barely see the ocean out of the window.

Katrina at the front desk who greeted us at check-in was amazing! The free breakfast every morning was so delicious! The hotel staff was SO friendly! Oscar the Maintenance Man on staff was wonderful also! It was very clean and very welcoming!! Jamie checked us out and she was super sweet also! We just had the best time at this hotel and can't wait to come back. Stayed in their new Family Suite with in room Hot Tub!!

The only thing that was missing was a second shower. Our suite had an amazing main bathroom with Hot Tub and a very luxurious large shower. However...the second bathroom was just a half bath with no shower or tub. With 5 people in same room, a second shower would have been great!

Friendly staff, hard working staff. Full Breakfast was very nice, Great view from our room! The hot tub and pool very nice. Location of this Hotel is perfect, everything is within walking distance and I am disabled...we will be staying here again. Thank you 😊

We forgot to tell you about the leak under our air conditioner room 309.....only 2 other things....first, we noticed the front desk was left unattended quite often without any notice posted, as to where they were or when they returning. Secondly, it would be safer if more of the pool area floor was covered in non slip material...other than that everything was really nice. Good Job BayVue!!!

The room was very comfortable and the beds were also comfortable. We enjoyed the pool as it was nice and warm usually hotel pools are cold or over chlorinated. The complimentary breakfast was very good it offered many hot items as well as cereal and yogurt more than enough to make sure everyone found something they liked.

The view from the first floor was parking lot view. If you want to see the ocean ask for a top floor

Quiet on 3rd floor. Bed was comfy. The view of the ocean was nice. Seagulls soaring around and passing by window. Deer seen from window and wandering in grass as you head to beach was special. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Some tables needed more wiping down inbetween guests with kids. Bused my own. Not a major issue. Hotel located next to the new paved walking path that is 3/4 mile long and situated behind hotels through ocean grasslands.

Ductless heater in room was noisy and came on frequently. Set it to 67. Needed it to heat room but turned it off to sleep at night. The elevator was experiencing some issues. The desk person was able to address it and was fine. Mostly used stairs. Excercise is good.

The staff is amazing! Love the pool- they have it stay open late which works well for my family. Nice rooms. Great assortment of food!

The breakfast room was always so crowded that we couldn’t find anywhere to sit. One of my kids about broke down and started crying because it. The food is good once we got a chance to have some.

The pool was great, and the staff that was there tried to be very helpful. Room was very clean, and the hotel is really close to beach access.

The place was clearly understaffed, there appeared to be only one lady working the night we checked in, although she was great and clearly working hard to make it comfortable. We paid for six people ahead of time, but there were no sheets on the pull out bed so we had to call and wait for sheets late at night, had to wait for pool towels also.

Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs were overcooked and not seasoned. Location is outstanding close to beach, gift shops, food, festival, bowling. Love it!

Hot tub broke down. My bill was $20.00 more than what she told me over the phone. Two lights out in room. Did not clean my room the last night we stayed and the internet never worked, said incorrect passcode.
