Staff was friendly, check-in was easy and painless. We felt welcomed and wanted. The room was clean and comfortable. Windows need to be washed, not that they matter much with the tree blocking any sort of a view, but it did make for ultimate privacy while listening to the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was sad. No protein options except for lukewarm yogurt. The coffee was cold and had that several-days-old flavor. Waffle irons were dirty, with no tools to clean them off for use near by. Breakfast and the tiny-child sized pillows were our only complaints. They get to tell you there's four pillows on the bed, but you need 3 to make up 1 standard size pillow.

What a trip!  We normally travel to Ocean Shores at least 4 to 5 times a year and every time we go we stay at the Days Inn.  It's not the most glorious hotel in Ocean Shores but it's a decent room for a decent price and they include breakfast, which for me is a saving since we don't have to go out for breakfast.   But honestly what makes this stay worth it is the staff.  We had the honor and privilege of meeting Keira this trip and she was amazing.  The first morning we met her she was running her butt off making sure that the breakfast was fully stocked at all times, but still made sure to acknowledge us when we walked in.  Keira did not hesitate with any requests that we had.  We were traveling with my 8-year-old child and she was absolutely amazing with them.  It definitely changes the experience when the staff acknowledges your child as an actual human being.  When we do normally stay there the staff is always been great and very helpful with any requests that we may have or issues we've had with the room but this trip there was something about Keira and her customer service that put this trip over the top for us. 

Close proximity to the beach and a few restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, standard not spectacular, but ok for the cost.

The property exterior was a bit disheveled in appearance. The garbage collection area in the parking lot was unkept and visible from the rooms which wasn’t such a good visual. Attention to the breakfast area during service hours could be stepped up a bit. Coffee was empty at 8, the countertop was messy and needed attention.

The gentleman that assisted me when I checked in on 5/4 pm was very helpful. I erred and had reserved the wrong dates for my family's stay (I reserved 5/5 through 5/7, instead of 5/4 through 5/6). He was very helpful in working with me and booking.com to correct my mistake. This was the off-season, but I thought the price I paid for what I got was great. The hotel wasn't fancy, but it was clean...that's what I care about most. Please pass onto the worker that helped me that he did an excellent job. Thanks!

The room we stayed in was next to some type of maintenance room. There was a lot of noise coming out of it Monday morning before we checked out.

Breakfast included fresh sausages and real, freshly scrambled eggs. A waffle bar kept the kids entertained. There were few options, such as fresh fruit, but what was available was substantial. Our room was clean and well appointed. Whoever renovated the bathroom gets a standing ovation. We travel a lot and this one room had all the lighting and sink placement, towels -- even the shower curtain right where it should be. Both the bath and the room were of good size, with bright, elegant tile work. Well done! Restaurant is pricey, but the food prepared is amazing!

Both the ironing board and the blow dryer were located in a closet next to a full-size mirror. Only problem: no plug-in!! The bathroom could also have used another plug-in on both sides of the mirror. The restaurant dining area is dark and straight out of the 1970's. The hotel itself looks rather mundane from the exterior and small. It is neither.

I liked the employees, the guy was really nice and the woman on Sunday was really nice. I liked that the property n parking lot area was kept nice n clean. The pool was nice n clean too. Housekeeping was friendly. I liked the location.

I didn't like that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The table wasn't even wiped down prior because there was a sticky cup stain and then food crumbs on the nightstand by the phone. The walls had stuff on them, and when I wiped down, a lot of it was fairly easy to clean off. We planned to wipe down surfaces anyway, but it still should've been better than it was.

The room a clean and the bed was comfortable, always had hot water, and it was a standard continental breakfast with waffles and toast and cereal and juice and coffee and fruit. The hot tub was nice and hot. You were able to walk to restaurants and bars and that was nice and it was quiet at the hotel

Front desk staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. Check-in was quick and easy. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. Close to shops - just a little walk. Closet doors are full length mirrors

The water was very extra hot.The bed was squeaky. Dirty towel was left on the shelf in the closet when we arrived. The tub had hair and chunks of something crusted on the side. Toilet paper roll was half used (scrunched at the bottom). No screen on the window.

Clean, conveniently located to convention center, nearby beaches. Oven Shores itself looks pretty good in 2023; in the past it has often seemed more run-down. Now it’s really a destination and a place where people live, not just visit on vacations. Thank you for the obvious attention your staff gives to the guests.

Property excellent. The continental breakfast was convenient, clean, and staffed. The only odd concern I had about our whole stay was the overabundance of deer all over the area of Ocean Shores. Surprising, outdoorsy, but it became a bit of a safety nuisance while driving. Just leaving the area we noticed a deer had been killed and was still partly on the road; we wondered what happened to the people in the car.

The counter staff and the housemaid Chi. I lost my FOB car key. I was distraught and could not find it in my room or car or outside my car. The housemaid helped me look for it with no luck. She then told me you must have lost it on the beach when you were leaving to get back to the Days Inn. She asked me if I remembered where I parked on the beach last night and offered me to drive me there to look for the FOB key. I took her up on it and after less than an hour of searching I found the key. The housemaid, Chi, saved me hundreds of dollars (towing, new FOB key. another overnight stay in another city) with her act of kindness. I will be forever grateful for her selfless act to a total stranger. She is a special person. I actually teared up when thanking her for kindness. I did not tear up because of the money I saved I teared up because of her concern for me, a total stranger, and her willingness to help me. I left her a tip but if you could reach out to her and give her an atta girl it would be appreciated by me. You have a special employee working for you in Ocean Shores.
