The property was very clean and very spacious The staff were exceptional so friendly and so kind I’m almost 41 years old and I’ve been going to Ocean Shores for a while as a Washingtonian first as Family and then as an adult but not nearly as frequent as every summer. We never stayed here. After this day and the amenities on top of the wonderful communication after booking before we even arrived. I booked this day for my son. We had a chart to fill out and he was working hard on it for a little over two months. This little trip was the reward for finishing the chart. The staff went above and beyond my heart is so full. And I don’t wanna stay anywhere else. The next time we go. The pool was perfect as well as the Jacuzzi. My son wanted to go in the Jacuzzi first and I thought oh well I guess we’ll freeze when we switched to the pool, but the pool was pretty warm so it was just right. We will remember this trip forever and the kindness and care we experienced our little doggy, experienced kindness, and Karr as well from everyone Our room had a ocean view and was perfect in every way

My daughter and I drove over for the Flag Day parade that she was participating in. We arrive very late,. Brad, front desk, was warm, friendly and welcoming.

The room was very big, comfortable, and clean and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee and tea in the room. Comfortable beds and quiet. Snack machines and ice maker were right outside our room in the hallway. We liked that it was pet friendly and had a nice pet rest area. In the common area, there was a nice seating area with complimentary coffee, tea and pastries for breakfast. It was a couple of minutes to the beach and downtown area with shopping and restaurants.

We would prefer no carpet in the pet friendly rooms. Screens on the windows would be nice so they could be opened.

It had everything you would’ve needed, including a restaurant that will be up and running soon

the rooms were spacious, the hotel was quiet, they had a good start to a continental breakfast, love the soft and hard pillow choices! and the staff were so sweet and amazing! the gentleman during the day was fun to joke and laugh with and the wonderful manager, I believe she was, made sure to answer all our questions and ask for feedback since the hotel/owner is newer. so here’s some feedback that i would have loved to have seen in the rooms as a guest (hope they get it)… and feel free to call me if you want! - would love to have seen a phone to contact front desk especially since the TV was not user friendly. - a map in rooms with the hotel and where to find amenities like ice machine, vending machine would be helpful. same with info for local diners, food delivery… - loved the extra pillows but an extra blanket or 2 would have been nice - more coffee pods, cups. extra bar of soap (one for sink and one for shower), conditioner to go with shampoo - love the start to the continental breakfast that’s being offered. it’s a deciding factor to alot of folks looking for a place to stay. -just a suggestion since it was asked… having more kid friendly “stuff” would be a draw for families also. board games, card games, story time, warm cookies, tables in lobby for these activities… - brighten up the outside and make it scream welcome!! it blends in and hides. colors, signs, water fountain, motorcycles welcome signs… get people’s attention.

would love to have patios on the upper rooms to sit outside and relax. jacuzzi rooms, extra fancy rooms for special occasions. ran out of coffee pods and soap. rooms could have more lighting as well.

This place was FABULOUS, we got a last minute "Getaway Deal" the directions via google.maps sucked but once we found it, it was indeed right on the beach. The furnishings were dated however the staff was fabulous, the rooms was spacious and nicely furnished with a ultra comfy king bed,extra pillows and blankets, end tables, a small seating area for 2. A TV a kitchenette area separate from the bathroom, just all fabulous.

They advertised pastries and coffee in the morning. However we were visiting in the "off Season" April 8th...We did sleep in till later 10am but no pastries available. Would have been an extra bonus but it was still great!

The front desk was stellar. Great location. When the hot tub lost its jets the front desk person went right out and handled it! Small staff =many hats, and they wear them well!

The recent remodel of the Hotel and the rooms was a pleasant surprise. The Staff I will give a 10* of friendliness and response. We liked our stay so much we decided to stay for two more days. Despite any drawbacks, I would expect many more trips to this hotel!

I really wish that the rooms had balconies to improve the view as the sand dunes are starting to get very tall with native plants and trees. Our room was small but next time we go we will definitely get one of the bigger rooms. The refrigerators are very small and do not have a courtesy freezer. The ice machines are only on the first and second floor, so had to make a lot of trips to keep things cold in our cooler.

I am using( with difficulty) a walker ,and am having Spinal Compression Nerve surgery next week🥺,My injury, although severe, is completely NEW to me, and I forgot to ask the hotel if they had facilities for the disabled. I was happily surprised when, upon entering my room ,I saw that the man at the front desk had booked me into a room with a large ultra low walk-in shower with a secured grab bar !! It may not seem like a big thing to most ppl, but to me, with this painful condition, it meant everything !! The fact that I had forgotten to ask and that he cared enough to make sure I was accommodated to speaks volumes!!! Not one concern.

We ended up having to upgrade to a double queen room, which was a very good size. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was perfectly fine. Decent shower, and a small fridge that we could put some water and snacks in to keep them cool. The window opened quite wide as well, which was nice. Staff were pleasant, and everything felt clean and in good order.

It did feel quite expensive for what you got. Rooms and facilities are on par with a travel hotel in Europe, but the price is much higher. It does seem that the area is just generally expensive, but that doesn't mean it's good value. There also aren't any walkable restaurants (not obviously, at least), so like with a lot of the US you will be reliant on a car. We also had a medical reason for needing the room upgrade, and whilst the staff were happy to help, the hotel was far from full and there was no suggestion of discounts or anything. Again, for the price I'd expect a little better, but for the average stay it was plenty good enough.
