To start…we experienced exceptionally service from two hotel employees. Tyler at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Oscar, from housekeeping, went out of his way to accommodate a request for additional coffee to be placed in our room!! Oscar was awesome and amazing! This property is located right next to the ocean. The grounds are always clean as well as the whole interior. The room was well appointed…good size television, large separate bathroom, very cold refrigerator and plenty of complimentary coffee.

Our room was in the third floor (only four floors) and near the main entrance. With our window open, guests and patrons of the hotel using the main entrance were very loud outside, late into the night.

We stayed in a Standard King size room with the parking lot view. The room was PERFECT!!! It was clean, and the beds were super comfortable for a great night sleep, the pillows were also comfortable. The shower was perfect with 2 shower heads, with one like raindrops above you! The electric fireplace was an added bonus to the room and you can change the colors. Perfectly relaxing staycation. They did a great job with the room designs and set up. Plus it’s a non-smoking facility! Yay.

The elevators are way too far to walk and on each end of the long corridor, took a long walk to get from one to the other or to get to your room. Wish there was another elevator in the middle of the building to be easily accessible to your room.

Big rooms, we won 2 free nights so we got an adjoining room to ours and had more space for us and the kids. Great ocean view from both rooms. Really awesome shower heads. Beds were huge and comfy. Drinks and food we ate was good. Everyone who worked there was super nice and helpful.

The fp made a clicking noise and the shower/toilet had a buzzing sound that was from maybe a shared wall to a mechanical room or something but that was a bummer. At least it was just in bathroom. One of the shower doors didn't stay shut, so that was annoying.

The room 209 was great. Comfortable bed, fireplace we didnt use, but very cozy room. Fridge, coffee maker, vanity and nice shower. We enjoyed the pool for exercising, and hot tub was very nice.

Breakfast at Emilys diner, first day in the restaurant was good, waitress was awesome, the second day we sat in the lounge, same menu, was a disaster, Pancakes were not cooked even after a redo. Staff was inattentive. They kind of ignored us, more interested in gossiping and using cell phone, I had to go up to counter to talk to about our breakfast and even then they ignored me for a bit. First day they didn't charge for coffee, but second day while they took off the pancakes, they charged 3.50 per cup, and never offered a refill. Big Eats was a disappointing, food good, but ambiance sad.

Rooms were newly renovated with electric fireplaces and comfy beds and decent showers. Overall quite nice. The casino is right on the ocean with a short walk to the beach. The staff is friendly. The hotel is just outside of Ocean Shores and all it has to offer (canals for kayaking, flying kites on the beach, quaint downtown shops, etc.) so the location is great.

Tha casino is rather small so there could be more variety in Slots. THe elevators are slow so take the stairs if you can :)

Check in was quick and easy and the employee who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Spent a few nights prior to this stay at a big name, high rated, hotel chain and I must say that this hotel was much cleaner and well-kept than one we paid twice as much for. The room had a small microwave and mini fridge which is convenient for keeping and heating leftovers or snacks and the casino has free soda and coffee which is a bonus. The location is across the dunes on the beach so if you are looking for waves this is a great place to stay!

There were very few restaurant options for vegetarians. The "welcome" email confirming our reservation sent by the hotel is a little off-putting and redundant, but I guess restating what the hotel policies and procedures are may benefit some who did not read them on the website.

We always have Dinner at Emily's whether we win or lose. Usually Filet Mignon or steamed clams and a couple Dungeness crab clusters. This time we had breakfast in the lounge as well. Crab omelet was very good and Bloody Mary was good as well. All or most rooms have been remodeled. Nice beds and room layout.

Machines were a little tight on this visit but that's why it's called gambling. Drinks should be a better pour for the price of drinks. It's a little better if you order a call alcohol rather than house but then the drink goes up by 40%-50% as well. I understand the drinking and driving issues nowadays which is why we park the car and spend the night. Most bartenders are friendly and provide good service. They have free Wi-Fi but I always have issues getting emails while on it.

It wasn't convenient for us to eat in the hotel this visit however we have enjoyed great food & service in the past. We appreciate the efficient, pleasant & helpful staff throughout the resort. A clean accommodation is of utmost importance to me & I have never been disappointed at the Quinault. Our room was quiet & we slept well! I am a light sleeper & very grumpy when I pay a considerable amount of money only to be kept awake by rude, inconsiderate guests, noisy toilets flushing, parking lot noises, etc. We did not experience these issues this visit or previously. Our room was clean, quiet & very comfy in the king size bed. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your good care ;>)

1. A light in the closet would be helpful when sorting thru clothes & suitcases. It's a bit dark in that area. 2. The shower door in rm 227 appeared to be hung incorrectly resulting in water coming out between the sliding doors & making a big, slippery mess on the bathroom floor. 3. A receptacle for recyclable trash (especially plastic!) would possibly reduce garbage cost & certainly be more environmentally friendly. I packed our empty plastic water bottles home with me for recycling.

The location is great ! It’s right off the beach there is a trail that you can use to walk out to the beach or drive about 5 minutes down the road and have access to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The staff are amazing ! The entire facility is amazingly clean!! There is a coffee bar a restaurant and a bar right off the restaurant you can order all the same food from the restaurant at and enjoy a few drinks and talk to the awesome bartenders or you’re Freinds at as well as another bar in the gaming area of the casino. They have a pool and hot tub and well that they also do an amazing job of keeping clean . The rooms are comfortable and decent sized with plenty of room to keep your things . Big beds and most of all a large walk in shower with dual shower heads that me and my wife loved .Me and my other half have been there twice and definitely plan on going back many more times !

My one and literally only complaint … the elevator can be bit slow at times when you’re waiting for it to come back down .

We liked that the hotel is outside of the downtown area so it was much quieter. The beach is within walking distance right behind the hotel. Our room was clean with a nice bathroom and plenty of hot water. The gas fireplace worked well too. The WiFi was reliable unlike the TV reception. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall a great location for exploring the beaches of Ocean Shores.

The TV reception was not good it kept losing the signal but luckily the WiFi signal was good so we had that option. We also lost power to our room when we used an outlet and it tripped the fuse. Maintenance showed up quickly to fix it.
