Roomy. 2 bedrooms. 2 king bed suite with small kitchen. 2 balconies. 3rd floor. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Close to beach access, shopping & restaurants. Lots of big windows to see outside for the deer and the ocean in the distance over the tall foliage and sea grass. Nice little playground area for the littles to run and play. Great for a little getaway with grandchildren and family. Will stay here again

*Housekeeping didn't do a very good job of vacuuming under the chairs. Our 10 month old crawler found lots of interesting things under the chairs and TV stand (minus the TV) *No TV in the living room area. Only in the bedrooms. *No PHONE in any of our rooms to call even down to housekeeping front desk, let alone 911 if needed. I know most people these days have cell phones, but you would still think they would have a phone for use within the hotel or emergencies only. *Need replacement trash bags for garbage in the kitchen, paper towels, etc. (Hint...bring some with you) *The restaurant on site was not open. Don't know if that is a temporary thing or now permanent since just a couple weeks before making my reservation, people had left reviews about the food.

This is our favorite hotel. Nice location walking distance to beach and town. Kids love the pool and game room. The staff is great and very accommodating of our late check in and our dog loves he gets to bark at the deer that roam the property at night. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful.... unfortunately the balcony's were closed off this latest stay at the hotel for upgrades. I'm excited for our next stay to see how the balcony's turned out and see that beautiful view! Very happy with our stay Everytime we go there!!!

I loved the room size and how cozy and comfy the room felt. I’m glad the hot tube was fixed also because I like to chill in the hot tube to relax after a long day with two hyper kiddos. Our kids also enjoyed the arcade room and that they were able to rent board games. One of my kids wanted to take the board game home because they liked it a lot.

There was one thing I didn’t like. When I got my kids ready for bed a had to remove a pillow off the bed because there was a stain that look like blood. Other than that everything was perfect. I’m not the kind of person to let one thing ruin my stay. It was one pillow and it was an easy solve by just removing it from the bed and checking the other pillows and saying okay good go night night.

Spacious condo Appartment with full kitchen and 1 queen beds and a sofa. All appliances were functioning and clean. Room was quite and comfortable.

The only real compain is about elongated seat on round toilet was really inconvenient. It's not a big investments to have a matching combination, so it looks more like a neglect. Another issue is that access to the deck was restricted due to the repair/unsafe condition and because of the window to the deck could be opened only for 4 inches which is a drawback for Oceanview room. I was not informed about this limitation when I was booking though I talked directly to the hotel stuff after reserving a room at booking.com.

Pool was great. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Restaurant - we had dinner and breakfast there. Food was great and service was great

Linen supply was not great. We received 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel and 4 bath towels for 3 people. Went to desk to ask for more but nobody was there at the time. Coffee maker was a dud, basically only sputtered the water on occasion and took forever to get a cup of coffee from. In the end we just had at the restaurant. Advertising made it seem like the beach was really close but it is a 15 to 20 minute walk, down a trail that is not maintained, were told to make noise as we went as they have an active bear population. Needless to say we did not use the trail and just drove down the street to where you just drive your car onto the beach.

Having adult hours for the pool/hot tub was great. Staff were quick when called to quiet late night rowdy guests. Very much appreciate they still allow cats, especially since our cat is cleaner than most dogs. The full kitchen was very nice to have.

Booking.com stated there would be no extra charge for our pet, yet when we arrived were told there was an extra charge. The pathway to the beach was VERY overgrown and thus difficult to navigate. No air conditioning in rooms. Bathtub faucet only sealed halfway when using shower head, needed replaced.

Very comfortable! Excellent value!!! Has a full kitchen including a dishwasher. It also has a separate living room with a pull out couch. It was very clean.

The indoor pool is not heated and was freezing! You could not use the balcony due to being updated but that was explained prior to check in. It also says that it’s beach front which isn’t exactly accurate. You have to walk through a wooded area to reach the beach, but it was explained that there is a bear with cubs that lives there. Needless to say, we did not check out the beach!

The rooms are a little dated but we love that they have full kitchens (some essential kitchen items missing but could be purchased at a store a few blocks away). I recommend the penthouse rooms for their balcony you and views of the water. Kitchen was small but functional. The staff have always been caring, attentive and welcoming from start to finish of the trip. We love there is an indoor pool and hot tub and sauna for use all year.

I like the fact that it's a pet friendly hotel. I liked the friendliness of the staff at the front desk when getting extra towels for the room. I like the location of the hotel and the fact that they have a restaurant right there. It would be nice if they had room service but understandable loved the pool,sauna,hot tub...Nice to relax in!

I didn't like the fact that on the night of fireworks I got a phone call from the office that my dog was barking at the fireworks. There were other dogs.barking. also, I just hoped that they got a phone call as well. Kind of put a damper that somebody called about the dog disturbing them during the fireworks Explosions

Huge apartment size 2 bedroom! Big wow factor. Nice pool, hot tub (didn't use the sauna). I enjoyed coffee in the lobby in the morning (although there was a coffee maker in the full size kitchen). Close to everything in town.

There was a bad smell and the electrical outlets in one room didn't work. When I let them know at check out they were very nice and said if I had let them know right away they would have relocated us into a different room to keep us comfortable so they could figure out the problem.
