Very friendly and helpful staff. Great to find out local information and services. Easy parking, clean, very reasonable rates, decent coffee, good breakfast bar that included cook your own waffles. Decent dishes etc. I always bring my own pans so not an issue. Great to have dish soap and a roll of paper towels. Really clean room and bathroom. Bedroom, bathroom, and living area had plenty of light. Recent enough wall paint, cabinets carpet etc. Plenty of towels. Like not having to have daily maid service since we think it’s a waste of resources. Like that the maid came to check if we needed anything though. Nice pillows Great Wi-Fi Convenient location. Close enough to stores, shops, services, and restaurants and without having to be right in the heart of the town. Easy driving access to go to the clamming beaches and the big casino.

Told the front desk at the Days Inn that it would be nice if there was a simple map on the notice where to check in at. The range burners were kind of goofy. Couldn’t get them level. The front right burner element connection didn’t look safe so we avoided turning it on. The refrigerator door hit the baseboard on the wall so it wouldn’t open enough to use the large bottom drawer. Easy enough to pull the refrigerator out and remove the drawer to gain more space if we were staying longer. Couldn’t figure out how to use the 3 remotes for the TV so limited stations. Could use light over the range or one over the kitchen area. We just used a battery powered light on the range but the kitchen is dark. No counter space. The couch could use some cleaning.

The staff at the front desk at the Days Inn were wonderful. We loved that we had a kitchen, bathroom,living area, and a bedroom. The location was good. We loved the little kitchen, although we didn't use the range. We had a great view of the sunset from our sofa couch. Parking was easy. We liked that there were not a lot of units and it was fewer people. They supplied towels, hand soap,shampoo, dish soap, silverware, pots and pans (no plates that I could see), a fridge, a cute little coiled range (wish we would have tried out), microwave, coffee pot, a few keurig cups and coffee cups. The bedroom was big enough to even set up our baby's pack and play and have enough room to walk around. Overall, it was an awesome stay.

We had to check in at the days inn and drive back. Which wasn't a huge deal, just informational. When we first walked in, we were hit with the smell of bleach. I understand that things need to be clean, but we had our baby with us. We opened up the windows and went to the grocery store while airing it out. Every picture and the dresser were crooked. We thought it was funny, but I also fixed it (ocd tendencies). The bed was uncomfortable for us to sleep in. There wasn't a broom to sweep up the sand we brought in. There wasn't a fan in the unit. Make sure that if you sleep with a fan, you bring one. You can hear people having a conversation in the neighboring unit. Another reason to bring a fan, lol. Although these were the cons, there was nothing that couldn't be fixed.

Staff were great. Room was small but well stocked and a good choice. Overall though it was a great choice and I would definitely suggest it. Also, quick FYI, to check in you have to go to the Days Inn down the street, as there isn't anyone on-site at the Westerly to check you in. The staff at the Day's Inn also told me that I could come there for breakfast and to use the pool and hot tub, which was an unexpected bonus. The hotel isn't too far from the convention center, which is the reason I was there, so was a great location.

Only thing I didn't like was the bed and bedroom. Bed was hard as a rock and bedroom was VERY small. If you're needing a larger bedroom to move around, this wouldn't be the spot for you.

We have stayed here a few times a year over the past couple of years. It is always clean, close to restaurants and the beach, but still far enough away, that you’re not right in the middle of it all…. It’s comfortable as well.

I only have one complaint, I didn’t read the description correctly and we ended up having a queen size room and no kitchenette. :( but that’s on me.

When you stay at an American MO-tel, corn chips behind the couch, fanless bathrooms, and beds that hump in the middle and roll you off the edges--that's part of the romance. As if to say, "YOU just had to pay less than a Benjamin for a double room." This place is straight out of a Tom Waits tune.

Location excellent breakfast great staff is amazing housekeeping very polite and helpful diffenitly would stay again and recommend t everyone

Everything about this place is amazing free breakfast waffles bagels toast cereal coffee juice fresh fruit hot tub swimming pool for what price wow!!! All be back

You have to go to the Days Inn around the corner to check in. That should be on their web site. The living room curtains didn't close all the way.

Very comfortable bed, nice deluxe kitchen unit, good cable tv choices, good range of breakfast items through partner Days Inn, and pool access there. Easy room access from parking area just outside room. Have stayed here before and always enjoy the experience. Appreciate friendly, helpful staff.

Nice one bedroom apt. Bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows, which was a plus. The breakfast at Days Inn was good. Large selection of TV channels.

The kitchen was lacking in supplies. I realize you can't anticipate every need, but minimal silverware, plates etc.

Easy ground floor entrance, nicely decorated bedroom, comfy bed, good cable tv. Amenities at nearby Days Inn, new owners of the property, are a bonus. Staff there are super helpful and friendly.

No complaints. Would have liked one of their 3 kitchen units, but none were available during my stay during prime summer season.
