We stayed in a cottage and loved the extra room, with a full kitchen. Saved a bunch of $ by not dining out. 5 minute walk to the beach, our cabin had ample parking while others seemed a little tight. Staff was wonderful and checked in during our stay to ensure everything was great. After leaving here, we stayed further down the coast in another cabin. To say we were disappointed in the other facility is an understatement. Likely because we were comparing it to our cottage at the Westport Inn. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

The only thing I could find wrong was the stickers in the grass my dog had to step through to go potty. Several times I had to pull them from her paws. She ultimately held it to go at the beach... then we had to carry poop bags as we strolled along. Not a huge thing... we were very close to the beach so we figured it out.

Motel room was very clean, everything needed available, appeared to be a recent remodel. Fan in bath area was not working. Exterior of structure somewhat dated, could benefit from some paint and rework, but the interior of the room (we were in) was nice and comfortable. We needed to stay two days. Staff was very pleasing.

Westport (the town) is still basically a fishing town, private and commercial. Over the last 15 years we saw no real growth or town pride, or attempt to "update the town". Lots of junk around, many dilapidated places and quite messy. So for us its a bit of a sad place. Westport could be a much more of an attractive people place, but I guess the focus is only on fishing, not much else. The cost of things like food is now twice what it was, or what we think it needs to be.

Walking up the stairs to the second floor room was difficult for us with my recent foot injury and our aching muscles after setting up and breaking down my art booth. Next year, I reserved a first-floor cabin with a jetted tub for the Westport Art Festival to rest and calm our aching muscles from our booth setup.

We were there to go fishing on Captain Crew Charters and it was very convenient for us. The room was clean and nice for the 4 hours of much needed sleep.

I felt the sanitization agent (smelled a little like Odoban that I have used in the past due to an incontinent pet) might have been a little heavy; but I'm guessing it was most likely better than what was intending to fix. Overall it was close to the fishing docks and I slept well.

We rented the apartment over the office for Thanksgiving and the room next to it. Plenty of room for my family and my sister's family, my co-worker used the room next to us. We were there for a week.

The only thing I did not like was the toilets were in small areas, i had to squeeze my short/fat self in there! lol. And this is not a bad thing, but since I had a little one I was afraid of the running and stomping since we were over the office!

When the boiler to the hotel went out where my initial reservation was they immediately called me and made other arrangements that exceeded my expectations. So friendly and amazing. This is the reason I’ve gone back four times.

The beds in the newer cabins are very soft and not as firm as I would like but they were still comfy

I loved how comfortable my bed was! Everything was nice and clean and waking up in the morning to ocean breezes was quite nice.

Unfortunately I was a single traveler and wish there could have been a slight price adjustment. Other than that, no complaints.

Westport Inn is close to everything and my room was updated and very clean. There is a grassy area with a fire pit and play area.

There was some noise from neighbors but that's part of the fun. Everyone is excited to go fishing early in the morning!

The Westport Inn was a short 3-5 min walk from th Bay beach and same from the marina boardwalk, And you have a gorgeous view of the sunset from the 3rd floor open patio.

Our third floor room always day and night felt like 95 degrees inside, may be a bit unbearable in summer.

Clean rooms, great location close to most restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms are good size specially the Captains suite. Nice rooftop view specially in the morning.
