I have been here before and it was a wonderful experience. This was my first time with the new management and it was pretty good. When we had issues with other visitors being too loud they responded quickly and delt with the problem. We love the jacuzzi tubs and the fact the rooms have microwaves.

They need to post directions on how to use the jacuzzi tub in the king room. It is more complicated than the queen jacuzzi. I spent a few hours trying to figure it out and when we checked in we told many people have complained it doesn’t work but that is because you have to have a high enough water level. I sure that is part of it but the first day it kept saying pair and locked. After playing with it for hours I finally figured it out.

The location works for our purpose. Ben was absolutely amazing when it came to taking care of us. Thank you so much Ben. Go karts are the bomb.

The unit wasn't totally cleaned. There was food particles around the sink, toaster, kitchen. Also.....in unit 101 there is a wood valance above the bed, right at the headboard area. I hit my head twice before I slept with my head at the other end where your pillows fall off the bed. please fix that.

Check in and out was lightning fast. Room was big. Jacuzzi worked well. Dual sinks in bathroom area. Paper towels and toilet paper was high quality which is never the case. Gift basket was wonderful. Fireplace was a nice touch. Cable was top notch for a Motel

I wish there was an ac or at least a fan in the room. It gets so warm with all the hot water in the Jacuzzi etc. or even more openable windows.

The room was great, very comfortable and had a nice cabin feel to it. Very clean. The lady who checked us in was awesome. Very friendly.

Booking.com said that this hotel was only 6 miles from Ocean Shores, WA, where I was attending a convention. When I got to the hotel, I realized it was actually an hour drive to Ocean Shores! This was very frustrating and misleading! The room was non-fundable, so I had to drive an extra hour each way every day to the convention I thought I was only going to be 6 miles away from. Very bad on bookings part.

I love how it is just a short drive to everything and I was nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. Definitely come back!!

Ben is amazing!! We learned he is 19 years old and is running the show. He manages the office for guest check in/out, maid service, laundry, runs the go-carts. Wow, we were so impressed! He has a wonderful attitude and is very helpful!! I must say, I sure how y'all are paying him very well! He made our stay very pleasant!! He's a wonderful young man and does the best job that I ever seen as a hotel operator. Hands down #1!! You ROCK Ben!!

Need more parking and bigger slots for large trucks.

Not just a room, a little kitchen( stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery) with everything you need for an extended stay. Clean and fresh, newer linens and towels. Go-kart track on property and ball diamond behind for your kids to blow off steam. Loved the extra little touches, good soap and microwave popcorn! I would rate this a 3 star not 2. Friendly accommodation run by family. Would have loved to had more time to stay longer

Location wasn't in walking distance to pier and tourist activities ( which made me happy) Bed is a double, tight squeeze for larger couples

We loved the stay! The room was VERY clean! It Gave a homey vibe. We enjoy the private hot tub, the shower was very nice We loved how spacious it was!

The sheets were itchy and we were a little bummed about no ice machine but it sounds like it's on the way!

Close to the pier, allowed us to use their huge crab pot and grill do boil the crab we caught, room was spacious and clean.

Shower head was a bit high for me at 5'6, not a big deal though!

Close to the harbor I went on a charter boat not to far to drive to get there either is what I liked most about being here a plus also staying here I got plenty of relaxing before I head back hm.Thank you.
