The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The penthouse suite I stayed in was perfect for relaxing. The large terrace with chairs, sun loungers, and a bathtub was a wonderful place to unwind. The room was spacious, bright, and equipped with everything I needed. The air conditioning worked quietly, which added to the comfort. The housekeeping service was excellent, keeping the room clean and tidy. Best of all, the beach was just a few steps away! All in all, I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Thank you!

One lamp in our room flickered.

It is a very good hotel the nicest by far in the area. The location is perfect, beachfront and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and small shops. The hotel has a fancy Italian restaurant right in the corner with live music performance every evening. The staff is great and everything is clean. They provide beach towels to all guests. The beach has pebbles… Food was good, diverse and highly enough for everybody. They never ran out of anything, although the hotel was full. Pool is nice but rather small and there are only a few sun beds so you have to be lucky to get one, as there are guests putting their towels on them early in the morning. We never used the spa but our daughter loved the Mini Club.

The two elevators are not always enough. I hated the shower as it changed temperature every 3 seconds from ice cold to hot water. You could not reach a steady temperature. It was very unpleasant especially showering a child. I don’t know if it was a general problem or just ours in room 422.

The location is very good, at the main promenade by the sea at Pineda. You easily can go to the public beach by crossing the street. Water is clear, fresh and blue. The beach looks like sandy but it is very small stones and beautifully clean and quiet. There is a beach bar just there, with nice options for coffee, drinks and snacks. There are two restaurants at the hotel one a la carte and one by order. Also it is located very close to other local restaurants which are pleasant and nice. Rooms were very quiet and comfy. There are small shops and mini-markets, pharmacy etc to buy things. The train station is one block from the hotel and frequent trains passing by.

Outstanding Family Stay – Perfect for All Ages! We recently stayed at this hotel with our large family of 11, including children as young as 9 months and adults up to 48 years old, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: Our rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged so that we all had the space we needed to relax. The kids loved the comfortable beds, and the adults appreciated the quiet, well-insulated rooms, allowing everyone to get a good night’s sleep—even the baby! The rooms had plenty of storage for our bags, and we loved the option to have adjoining rooms to keep everyone close. Excellent Dining Options: The hotel’s restaurant options catered to everyone’s tastes, from the picky eaters to the more adventurous ones. The breakfast buffet was a huge hit, with lots of fresh options, including fruit, pastries, and kid-friendly cereals. They also had delicious meals for the adults and a range of dietary options, which we truly appreciated. Top-Notch Service: The hotel staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and attentiveness. They greeted us with smiles each day, offered helpful suggestions on family activities in the area, and even provided extra towels and toiletries without hesitation. Having a large group can sometimes be overwhelming for hotels, but here we felt genuinely welcome.

While the hotel offered fantastic amenities, we were disappointed to find that the pool was unavailable for use during our stay. Additionally, the spa area, including the jacuzzi, was restricted to guests over 16, which meant that only the older family members could enjoy it. This was a letdown for our younger kids, who had hoped to use the pool and spa facilities as well. Families traveling with young children may want to consider this if pool and spa access are important but seaside across the road to the hotel .

Great junior suite room, specious, clean, stylish, very delicious food in restaurant and it was always enough of everything for everyone, I want to particularly highlight the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members, she was the only Black young girl working there, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, unfortunately I don't know her name.

Windows in the room are not sound proof, it's quite noisy, hotel is near railway station Some ladies from the staff in the restaurant and at reception were not very nice with me.

The hotel is renovated and looks very modern, everything was clean and cozy. The hotel breakfast was nice, a lot of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we even got a late checkout, thank you! We reserved a parking spot beforehand and there was plenty of space in the (paid) hotel parking lot.

The pool was very cold. There are trains passing by quite often during the day, but it didn't affect our sleep at night.

Nice, cozy and clean. Good food options. Right next to the beach.

In the pictures it was seen the rooms had coffeemachine, but there wasn't any. The only possibility to have coffee was only during breakfast, that starts at 8am. As an early bird it was a pretty late breakfast. And the only good coffeemachine kept malfunctioning.

Very kind manager, who allowed the date change without penalty fee, the receptionists and cleaning staff were also very kind and friendly.

No drying rack in bathroom to hang wet towels to dry, only hooks. Shower floods the floor and the wet floor towel must be therefore placed on the floor but it is right at the entrance so every time when you enter or exit the bathroom you need to step on the wet towel.

My whole stay was lovely staff great, I couldn't use the hot tub in my room because it was dirty from everything blowing in there, It would of been nice if it was covered till I wanted to use it.

The fact that some of the gym equipment wasn't working and wasn't alot of options.

Great beds, and in particular the Staff! Super kind and friendly and nothing was too much.

The walls are thin, if you do get noisy neighbours you’ll hear them.
