It is a quiet hotel in a very quiet street, but very close to the Ariapita Avenue with bars and restarants etc, My room was well epuipped with airco, a fridge and tea and coffe facilties. There is a taxi service to and from the airport.

The room was a little bit small and the window was looking at a small parking lot and only through opaque glass. The hotel was a rather far from the real centre of Port of Spain (cathedral. Charlotte Street etc.)

Very nice guesthouse, located a few mins away from the main commercial area of Port of Spain. I arrived in the evening and they checked me in remotely over the phone and talked me through how to access the property and locate the keys. WiFi and air conditioning worked very well and my room was comfortable and well equipped with a small kitchen area. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I like the location to various eating places, to which you can walk to. The area was very quiet, and you can bring your friends over and have an hangout or lime in the back yard of the building, which is great 👍. I will stay there again and will recommend it to others.

I know that the facility has cameras however, I will like to recommend deadbolt to the room doors as an added layer of protection.

The location was great, walking distance to places to eat and have drinks. Very Secure. Variety of amenities like, iron, ironing board, AC, cable, hot water, microwave, fridge, fold in table and chairs and etc. Very clean and quiet. The best is for the price you really get more than expected. Would be visiting again.

Nice backyard with tables and chairs. Quite for the location in the middle of the town. Rooms with waterboiler, micro and big refrigerator.

Not much space in our room. Low water pressure in the sink.

This place was close to an event I had to attend, so I was extremely pleased with the location and facilities. Host went out of his way to ensure comfort. I enjoyed my stay. I wished I had more time.

Extremely helpful owner who can arrange reliable full day taxi tours to explore the island. Just plan your trip and tell the driver where to go. We used it twice and it was better and cheaper than renting a car. Location is extremely close to the leisure area of the town, but safe and quiet.

WOTA was amazing!!!!!! My fiancé and I were well pleased with the overall experience. We thought about extending our stay lol. The host was most pleasant and down to earth. I had my room was upgraded for free. It was most definitely an amazing experience. Clean, comfortable environment and gated. Walking distance to food and nightlife if that's your style. 10/10 Definitely recommend and would be returning soon.

It is in a really good location, and I was impressed with the size and facilities. It was very clean and quiet.

Could only pay by cash, and it was a little more expensive paying in local currency.

More or less everything was satisfying and very close all important places in avenue.I would stay again there.

According my opinion it could be little bit bigger but if somebody will stay there alone it's enough.
