Parking was great, because hardly anyone was there. I love that they put a soft snuggly blanket on your bed. The room looked and smelled clean. .

There were some spots that didn't look like they wiped off the side table, and the stove, but most every thing else was pretty clean I do think the hotel was not built level. The drawers come Open when you close them and the bathroom door does the same. There was a phone on the side table and it wasn't hooked up. That was strange to me.

we didn't use any facilities, we were surprised what was in the room. full frig, stove top toaster, coffee maker. we went to the steeler game and had rain delay and a loss 😔got there at 2:30am and left at 10:30 so we really didn't have time to really enjoy our room as much being we were not there long enough

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to stop in, to stay there

Quiet of of the way location. Facilities are clean and will maintained, hotel room had a kitchenette and was very spacious (especially for the price). Beautiful area to stay in. The staff was friendly, courteous, and overall very professional. A great value for the price.

My room, #322, had a stale order. It smelled like a dog had laid on the carpet (not a urine smell, just like the coat of a dog). I think it perhaps needed to have the carpet cleaned to freshen it up. It was tolerable, so I did not report it.

Property was large and clean.

The first night the lobby was extremely loud. We were close to the lobby and guests were allowed to scream and cuss and be very loud until after midnight. Also, my husband was told he would get a discount for his employment. The person who checked us in said he couldn’t because we pre booked on booking.com. we over paid for 3 days by over $90. Then he charged us an extra $60 for a pet fee, which he could have waived due to us overpaying. We booked a fourth day at $90, that could have been waived since we over paid by $90. they made no attempt to honor the discount for us because they already had our money. they didn’t work with us at all. that was a true disappointment.

Great value

The card key would only work once before no longer working, despite keeping it away from phone. We had to get card renewed 6 times in 3 days.

Great Location! Staff was AMAZING!

They have kitchenettes in the rooms but don’t have the cooking supplies available without needing to buy in the market place. They also don’t have an ice machine, but have ice machines in the rooms.

Clean room, comfy bed, what else can you ask for?

I always enjoy more amenities, but I knew what they had. Overall I'd definitely stay here again.
